Doctor Kiv was a 24th century Vashnar man, a physician at the Sanctuary of the Healing Arts in the 2370s decade.
Biography
As such, he was responsible for focusing the Anjurwan healers of the Sanctuary in the year 2374. (VOY - Strange New Worlds II short story: "The Healing Arts")
