Hoone was a yellow star with an associated system, located in the Yontasa sector of the Tekara sector block within the galaxy's Delta Quadrant. The system was located 4 lightyears from Wyanti and contained at least one planet, orbited by a moon. (STO - Taking Care of Enemies mission: "Wyanti System Patrol")

History and specifics

Underspace portal

In the 2410s decade, the Turei had access to a portal to Underspace from the nearby Wyanti system. It allowed them to travel to systems within 4 lightyears of Wyanti, including the Hoone, Apep and Kroida systems.

In the year 2410, during the war with the Vaadwaur Supremacy, Captain Stil conned a Delta Alliance vessel by pretending his Turei cruiser had suffered distress near Wyanti II. Stil stole from the samaritans and attempted to escape through Underspace to one of the nearby systems. The Alliance ship followed Stil's cruiser and disabled it alongside the Turei's reinforcements.
