Dubarok was a 24th century Cardassian woman. She was a gul in the Cardassian Union military and commanded a Galor-class warship by the 2370s decade when the Dominion War was underway.
Biography
In the year 2374, Dubarok's ship intercepted the Orb of Peace, which Jean-Luc Picard's team were using for their mission to destroy the Dominion verteron collider. Hasmek was able to convince Dubarok that the only individuals aboard his ship were neutral Bajorans and Romulans. (TNG - The Dominion War novel: Tunnel Through the Stars)
