Ain (also known as Epsilon Tauri or 74 Tauri) is a star with an associated star system located in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.

By the 24th century, Ain was in the space of the Romulan Star Empire. This type K orange star was visible from Earth, 147 light-years distant, as part of the constellation of Taurus. The Ain system's orbit was the location of a planetary system, including Ain I. (ST video game: Starfleet Command III)
