DUMBO

DUMBO, which was an acronym for "Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass", was a neighborhood in the northwestern part of the borough of Brooklyn in New York City.

It was located along the banks of the East River between Brooklyn Heights and Vinegar Hill and extends south to the Brooklyn–Queens Expressway.
