Peaches are a type of fruit which appear in some Mario-related games. It is the namesake fruit of which Princess Peach is named after. Despite this, Peaches rarely appear within Mario-related media, and they have yet to appear within the main Mario franchise itself.
In Yoshi
Peaches make their first overall appearance in Yoshi. Incidentally, while these are not associated with Princess Peach, Yoshi was released at a time when she was named "Princess Toadstool" to English-speaking audiences. Peaches first appear after the player clears levels 12 and 13 of the B-Type game, and matching them awards 600 bonus points.
In Super Smash Bros. series
The only time Peaches are associated with Princess Peach is in the Super Smash Bros. series when she uses her Final Smash, Peach Blossom, upon which several Peaches drop onto the stage. In the Super Smash Bros. series, Peaches act like the food items in general in that they restore a character's health. In Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, thirteen Peaches drop onto the stage when Peach Blossom is used, and they restore 5% each. In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, three big Peaches are dropped onto the stage instead, and these restore 20% of health each. Peach's Echo Fighter, Daisy has a Final Smash called Daisy Blossom but instead of peaches, they summon daisies.
