Mario Roulette is an arcade medal game both developed and manufactured by Konami and released on December 13, 1991, exclusively within Japan. Its aesthetic is heavily based on Super Mario World, the latest Super Mario series installment at its time of release, including the sprites, title screen, and logo. The gameplay in particular is based on the Bonus game from Super Mario World.
