WHEE is Whee In's second extended play, which was released on January 16, 2022 at 6 PM KST.[1] "Make Me Happy" is the album's title track, and was released alongside the album.[2]

Album Concept
Whee In stated that WHEE and her succeeding album IN the mood are part of her two-part project based on her Instagram ID, which is whee_inthemood: the combination of the two albums' names is her username.[3]
WHEE's main concept revolves around Whee In expressing herself with the metaphor of "light". The album's title is a reference to her name, and its trailer film showed the character "輝" (빛날 휘 bin-nal hwi) shining on Whee In's face. "輝" is a word meaning "shine" or "brightness", and it is part of Whee In's name in Hanja,
