Relics

Relics are collectible items in Lone Fungus, they can be found in hard to reach areas, behind breakable walls, and occasionally just out of the way of the intended path, typically requiring some ability and/or spell to obtain.

Relics cost Brain Points to equip, they can have various effects on Greencap.

Fast Recovery 4 Decreases the time spend in a hurt animation after getting hit, allowing you to recover faster. Go to the bottom golden shrine in Color Caverns, then go right twice, then top right, then top left, it should be after the platforming challenge. Upwards Dash + Mushmover Infusion
Invincibility Stone 4 Increases the amount of time you spend in Invincibility frames after getting hurt, allowing you to avoid damage for longer. From the Deep Grotto golden shrine go down, the relic is in that room.
Counter Heal 10 After getting hurt and you have 1HP left you will have a brief time to recover 1HP by striking an enemy. The Relic will go on a cooldown after it's been used. From the Deep Grotto golden shrine, go left, down twice, right twice and then down, it should be after the platforming challenge. Mushmover Infusion
Holy Counter Heal 30 After getting hurt when you are at max HP you will have a brief time to recover 1HP by striking an enemy. The Relic will go on a cooldown after it's been used. From the Gold Mines golden shrine, go left twice, the down right.

If the shortcut wasn't opened yet: From the Gold Mines golden shrine go right, then down right, then left, then upper left, should be at the end of the room.

Wall-Bounce + Forward Dash
Recovery Armor 6 There's a 7% chance you will regain lost HP when hit, it will, however, not work if take damage when you have only one HP. Right of the golden shrine in Corrupted Tunnels.
Mind Recovery 8 You will regain 20% of your max MP when you take damage from an enemy or a projectile, does not work on spikes. Go to the upper golden shrine in Color Caverns, in that room above the door to the Evil Eye Queen boss fight there should be a breakeable wall, behing it there's the relic. Mushmover Infusion + Conjure Mushmover/Upwards Dash
Mind Shell 4 You will slowly regenerate MP. From the lower golden shrine in Color Caverns, go left, then do the platforming challenge. Upwards Dash + Forward Dash
Purple Mindshroom 10 You will not lose your extra MP gathered from Purple Mushrooms when you die. From the upper Color Caverns golden shrine, go up, then in the middle right of that room there's a breakeable floor, break it and it will be in the bottom right. Upwards Dash + Mushmover Infusion
Refreshing Body 10 If you have 1HP left this relic will automatically heal you after 12 seconds. From the Deep Grotto's upper shrine go right 4 times, then go trough the upper left transition, and then do the platforming challenge. Upwards Dash/Crouch Jump + Bouncy Ball/Blue Key Infusion
Combo Heal 12 You'll be able to heal much faster after your first heal, allowing you to heal multiple times quickly. From the upper golden shrine in Color Caverns, go down and then to the right, in the middle left of that room there should be a breakeable wall, behind it there's the relic. Mushmover Infusion
Blue Health Orb 8 replaces your heal with an orb you can cast out. Strike it when it's green to heal for 1 HP, if you strike it when it's blue nothing will happen.


Hold heal to throw out a Blue Healing Orb

Go to the golden shrine in Mechanical Fort, go to the left 3 times, it will be at the top left corner of the third room. Bouncy Ball/Blue Key Infusion
Green Health Orb 8 There is a 30% chance you will drop a Green Health Orb when you get hurt, strike it with your sword to recover lost HP. From the room before the Arcane Master boss fight go right twice, then cross the water. Upwards Dash + Forward Dash + Mushmover Infusion + Boost Projectile
Meditation Blast 4 While you're in the process of healing you will shoot projectiles out of your mushroom cap, but this comes at an extra cost of MP and can only be done while in the healing state. Go to the golden shrine in Mechanical Fort, go left, up and up again, that should be the room, tough you'll need to go from the other way to do the challenge and get it (also there's a mindshroom in that room)
Stone Body 12 Hardens your body and gives you one extra Max HP. From the golden shrine in Lava Temple, go left, down, left and up, it should be after the platforming challenge. Upwards Dash/Conjure Mushmover
Projectile Shield 8 Creates a shield in front of you that'll follow you around and protect against incoming projectiles, breaks on impact and recharges after a short amount of time. Go to the room in Lava Temple that has a connection with Corrupted Tunnels, close to it there will be a pressure plate, stand on it for a while.
Spike Shield 2 Gives you a shield which will protect you against spikes, breaks on Impact and re-charges after you do a heal. Go to the golden shrine in Deep Grotto, go to the rightmost up transition, then up, the right, then proceed into the end of the last room. Mushmover Infusion + Conjure Mushmover/Forward Dash/Upwards Dash/Crouch Jump
Super Healing 18 Increases the speed at which Greencap heals. Upper Deep Grotto, behind a secret wall on the left of the room you spawned.
Cheaper Healing 16 Reduces the cost of healing by 6MP, allowing you to heal 4 times at full MP. From the upper Deep Grotto shrine, go down (shortcut needs to be unlocked), right and then up, then do the platforming challenge. Upwards Dash + Crouch Jump (Can be done without Crouch Jump if you pogo a boosterfly)
Spike-Bounce 4 Gives you the ability to bounce on spikes without slashing with your Sword, it will not work on enemies and it will break after two bounces.

Hold 'Down' while Jumping to use the Spike-Bounce

Upper Deep Grotto behind a secret wall on the right side of the room immediately up-right of the golden shrine.
Restoration Protection 8 Gives you a protective barrier after healing. From the Gold Mines's golden shrine, go left twice, then go bottom right, then right and lastly bottom left. The relic will be at the end of the room. Alternatively, you can teleport to the lower Silver Shrine and just go to the right.
Lunar Orb 13 Hitting enemies will fill the Lunar Orb, once it's filled and you have enough MP for a Heal it will automatically heal you. From the Undergrounds golden shrine, go left twice then down, then left twice more into a room with a silver shrine. In that room go down where you'll find the relic.
Barry 7 Summons Barry, your only friend in this lonely world. From the golden shrine in Mossy Ruins go left, then up twice and then left again, Barry will be at the top
Magic Bean 4 Creates a toxic gas after you do a 'Crouch Jump' that will damage enemies. Corrupted Tunnels in a hidden room underneath the sludge in the room immediately up-left of the silver shrine near Color Caverns.
Double Shot 10 Allows you to cast two spells of the same type at the same time. From the lower Color Caverns golden shrine, go left twice, the bottom left twice, above-ish you there should be a secret wall, go though it, then on the left side of that room there should be a breakable wall, behind it there's this charm. Conjure Mushmover/Upwards Dash/Crouch Jump
Quick Feet 8 Increases your run speed while you have this relic equipped. From the golden shrine in Deep Grotto, go to the leftmost up transition, then do the platforming challenge in the left of that room. Mushmover Infusion/Conjure Mushmover/Upwards Dash
Acid Infusion 14 Infuses Greencap with acid powers, you will shoot acid projectiles when hit and other abilities might react to this relic as well. Go to the golden shrine in Acid Dungeon, go to the downmost right door, then go to the downmost right door again Acid Hammer + Acid Sandals
Counter Dodge 12 Dashing after getting hurt will turn you invulnerable for a short amount of time. Starting at the lower golden shrine in Acid Dungeon, go down twice, the thorns can be crossed by either wall-bouncing followed by two forward dashes and a spin jump, or

forwards dash then up-dash then wall-bounce.

alternatively the thorns can be crossed by crouch jumping or ground bouncing followed by two forward dashes and then a spin jump.

Shadow Spin 10 You will be invunerable for a short amount of time any time you do a spin jump. From the Corrupted Tunnels golden shrine go to the left down, left twice, then up, it should be after the spin jump platforming challenge. Upwards Dash + Forward Dash + Spin Jump
Magic Dice 1 Adds randomness to all damage done to enemies. From the upper golden shrine in Deep Grotto, go right twice, at the start of the room there should be a trampoline, above it there's a secret wall, behind it there's the relic. Upwards Dash + Conjure Mushmover/Crouch Jump
Devil's Dice 6 Adds randomness to all damage done to enemies. You will either do no damage, regular or double damage. There is also a chance you will take damage when healing with this relic equipped. From the silver shrine in Corrupted Tunnels that's near the entrance to Color Caverns, go left twice, there is a secret wall on the top-left corner of the room, behind it there's the relic. Spell Booster 14 Increases the damage you do with spells by 35% but increases the MP cost of spells by 20%. From the golden shrine in Mechanical Fort, go left twice, bottom right, then right, it should be behind a secret wall in the bottom, (use Boost Projectile). Boost Projectile
Strong Spell Booster 26 Increases the damage you do with spells by 65% but increases the MP cost of spells by 40%. Go to the golden shrine in Mechanical Fort, the left 3 times, then up, then at the right there should be a secret wall, behind it the charm is located, (use Boost Projectile). Mushmover Infusion + Forward Dash + Boost Projectile
Spell Sphere 14 Decreases the MP cost of casting spells by 30%. From the upper Acid Dungeon golden shrine, go left twice, then bottom left, do the platforming challenge and it should be behind a secret wall near the end. (use Boost Projectile) Acid Sandals/Forward Dash + Spin Jump + Upwards Dash/Crouch Jump
Sword Booster 8 increases your sword damage slightly. From the Deep Grotto golden shrine, go straight down, then left and proceed through the water section into the next room. Go left in that Water Breath
Fast Charge 17 Increases the speed of charging the 'Great Slash'. From the Corrupted Tunnels golden shrine, go down-left then go left 3 times. From there go down to find the relic. Forward Dash + Spin Jump + Conjure Mushmover/Boost Projectile/Returning Contraption
Crescent Protector 14 A spinning crescent will spin around the player, doing damage to anything that touches it. From the Deep Grotto's golden shrine, go down, then bottom right. From there, traverse the underwater section. The relic will be in a secret ceiling above the first Guardian after the water.
Long Slash 8 Increases the length of your sword attacks! Will not work when Silenced. From the golden shrine in Corrupted Tunnels go through the upper right transition, then go up twice, then go right to reach the ladybug room. Acid Hammer + Forward Dash + Upwards Dash
Wide Slash 8 Increases the width of your sword attacks! Will not work when Silenced. From the bottom golden shrine in Acid Dungeon, go left, then upper right, then right, then do the platforming challenge. Upwards Dash | Crouch Jump + Conjure Mushmover
Swordmaster's Trinket 15 Increases the size of your sword attacks!

Will not work when Silenced.

From the right side golden shrine in Frozen Depths, go left twice then up. The relic is behind a Vibrant Crystal gate. Vibrant Crystal
Big Meteor Blast 12 Increases the size of the Meteor Blast created by the Meteor Strike. From the upper Acid Dungeon golden shrine, take the bottom-right transition then go right twice to get to the relic. Forward Dash + Spin Jump + Spicy Nut + Meteor Strike
Large Great Slash 17 Increases the size of your Great Slash. From the left side Golden Shrine in Frozen Depths, go right then up, then left. From there take the top left transition to get to the relic.
Big Spin Slash 8 Increases the radius of your slash when spinning. From the golden shrine in Deep Grotto, do left, then up, then left twice and then upper left Mushmover Infusion + Spin Jump + Forward Dash
Poison Slash 11 Your sword will do poison damage over time. From the bottom golden shrine in Acid Dungeon, go left, then upper right, then right twice, it should be at the bottom right side of the room. Upwards Dash + Returning Contraption
Quick Slash 16 Increases your attack speed. Deep Grotto, from the golden shrine go one room left, then down and immediately left where you will see a statue, talk to it while the Boost Projectile spell is equipped and he will open a secret passage where the relic is located.
Sorcerers Slash 17 Normal attacks will give you much more MP but your melee attacks won't do any damage. Go in the room in Corrupted Tunnels that has the connection to Lava Temple, close to it there will be this relic.
Spectre Slash 10 When you have full MP your sword will deal extra damage in the form of an additional spectral slash. Striking enemies with this slash costs some MP. Gold Mines, from the golden shrine go one room right, then upper right, you'll find a secret wall on the left side of the room.
Fire Slash 15 Your sword will spawn fire that does damage over time to enemies that touch it. The room to the right of the golden shrine in Lava Temple Upwards Dash + Wall-Bounce
Lightning Slash 15 Your sword attacks will do an area of effect lightning attack. From the golden shrine in Mossy Ruins go down, then left, then upper-left and then up, it'll be at the end of the platforming challange.
Counter Attack 6 Hitting enemies while you are under Invincibility frames will do extra damage. From the golden shrine in Lava Temple, go left, then down-right right, it should be at the end of the platforming challenge. Nothing! (From the shrine)
Mind Slash 6 Gain more MP when striking enemies with your Sword. From the golden shrine in Mechanical Fort, go left twice, then bottom right, then down, it should be at the top left corner of the bottom part of that room, use Boost Projectile). Boost Projectile
Combo Slash 14 Doing four consecutive hits with your sword will do extra damage. From the golden shrine in Mechanical Fort, go left twice, then bottom right, then right twice. It's at the top of this challenge room. Bouncy Ball
Shroomouken Relic 18 Shoot a projectile out of your sword by doing the right input combination. From the golden shrine in Gold Mines go right, then down right, then down left, at the bottom right corner of the room there should be a breakeable wall, behind it there's a room that inside it is the relic.
Velocity Slash 11 Increases your sword damage based on your current velocity, going at higher speeds increases your attack power! Go to the upper Acid Dungeon golden shrine, then left, up twice then left again, it should be after the platforming challenge. Spicy Nut + Upwards Dash/Spin Jump
Dash Lord's Trinket 9 Attacking enemies with your forward slash will refresh your dash ability. From the golden shrine in Frozen Depths go left, down left and then left 6 times, it should be at the top of the room. Spin Jump + Meteor Strike
Steady Body 4 Reduces the recoil from attacking enemies, allowing Greencap to stay put while attacking. Secret room on the bottom of the rightmost lake of the room to the right of the Magus Statue boss fight (leftmost silver shrine). Nothing!
Rose Slash 4 Attacking an enemy with the forward slash while falling will keep you in the air for a brief moment. Secret wall to the right of "Face in the Wall" in the Corrupt Depths. From the golden shrine, go left down, then left.
Knight's Trinket 2 Allows you to attack while walking without any slowdown. From the Deep Grotto golden shrine, go left, then down twice, the bottom left and down, do the platforming challenge and you'll reach it. Nothing!
Hex Mushroom 10 Increases the damage of your sword by 5 points but decreases spell damage by 50%. From the left side golden shrine in Frozen Depths go right, then down, then right again into the large room with Frozen Saint. The relic is on the left side of the room. Spin Jump + Forward Dash + Meteor Strike
Projectile Pogo 3 Allows you to bounce off enemy projectiles with your downward slash attack. From the golden shrine in Mossy Ruins go right, then up-left, then middle-right, the relic will be at the end of the platforming section.
Spicy Mushroom 20 Going at a fast speed will set Greencap aflame doing damage to enemies in his path, You will also be invincible while aflame. Go to the golden shrine in Lava Temple, go left, down, then right three times, then take the upwards path and go to the room above. Crouch Jump + Spin Jump + Fire Bounce + Wall-Bounce + Forward Dash

Wide Slash Effect

The effect of Wide Slash is small and may not be noticeable. Here's a before/after comparison:
