Yuki is a female snow monkey. She is the leader of a troop of snow monkeys in the mountains. She is the mate of Hitashi, with whom she has a son, Nabasu, and a daughter, Kimyo.

When Kion used the Roar of the Elders in the mountains, he caused an avalanche that buried Yuki's home. To make it up to her and her family, Kion and his Lion Guard searched for a new hot spring for them. In the midst of the group's search, the snow monkeys fell into a deep hole in the snow, and Anga had to save them. Afterward, the Lion Guard found a new hot spring in which the snow monkey family could live.

Early life

Yuki lived in the mountains. At some point in her life, she became mates with Hitashi. The two had a son, Nabasu, and a daughter, Kimyo.[1]

Yuki and her family were relaxing in their hot spring when Anga approached and asked for directions. The snow monkeys panicked and threw their food at her until she backed off.

Shortly afterward, Kion's Roar of the Elders caused an avalanche that buried the troop's home. While running from the avalanche, Yuki got rescued by Kion. After the disaster, Kion offered to help the family find a new home, and Yuki explained what they required in a home. Together, the Lion Guard and the snow monkeys journeyed to the nearest hot spring.

Just then, some flying squirrels scared the snow monkeys off, and they ran away, only to fall into a deep hole in the snow. Anga managed to rescue them, despite their fear of her. Afterward, she helped lead them to a new hot spring.[1]

Physical appearance

Yuki is a moderately sized snow monkey. She has cream-colored fur, with a pink face, dark gray hands and feet, and pink ears. Her eyes are brown.[1]

Personality and traits

Yuki is a caring and loving mother. Like most snow monkeys, she is deathly afraid of eagles.[1]
