Biography
Early life

The tigress lived in the Serengeti. She became mates with Ralph, with whom she had several cubs. Ralph was a good hunter and served as the sole provider for the family. When he died, the tigress attempted to take over the role of family hunter but struggled to feed her cubs, as she did not know how to hunt.[1]
Learning to hunt
The tigress spotted Timon and Pumbaa sleeping under a rock formation and began to stalk them. However, she sneezed, which caused the two to wake up and run away from her. Pumbaa soon realized that the tigress was not chasing them, so he decided to stop and investigate. The tigress sneezed again, and Pumbaa gave her a leaf to use as a tissue.

Timon tried to convince Pumbaa that the tigress was a predator, but the tigress explained that she had never caught anything in her life. She went on that her husband had died and showed the friends a picture of her cubs. Seeing the tigress' plight, Pumbaa suggested that he and Timon teach her how to hunt so she and her family would not die of starvation. At first, Timon refused to do so, but Pumbaa pointed out that Timon owed him one, for Pumbaa had saved him from Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed the day before. This made Timon begrudgingly agree to the task.
In order to help train the tigress, Pumbaa helped her lift a rock so she could search for bugs. However, the tigress pointed out that, since she was a tiger, she ate meat, not bugs. Timon and Pumbaa shifted their approach and instructed the tigress to creep up on a bird. While she was doing so, Timon found a can labeled "Bug Soda," drank it, and belched, which made the bird fly away.

After the incident, Timon told the tigress that all she needed to do was learn how to pounce. He set up a seesaw so that he could launch her onto her meal with a large rock. However, the contraption threw her into the air, and she landed back on her end of the seesaw. Her weight then launched the rock into the air, and Timon fled to safety.
At his wits' end, Timon gave up trying to help the tigress learn how to hunt, and so she left the duo, dejected and hurt. Before long, Timon and Pumbaa ran into a hungry jackal, who began to chase them. Timon ended up plowing into a tree branch, while Pumbaa ran on, with the jackal in pursuit. Seeing his friend still in danger, Timon rushed to the tigress, apologized to her, and begged her for help. The tigress acquiesced and approached the jackal. She proceeded to repeatedly sneeze on him and blow him into the trunk of an antagonistic elephant, who beat him up again and again. Eventually, the jackal ran away from the tigress, and she chased after him.[1]
Physical appearance
The tigress is a long-bodied, lanky tigress with purple fur. She has a lavender underbelly, a white muzzle, white paws, and black stripes on her back, face, legs, and tail. Her eyes are green.[1]
