Shinagawa (品川区) is a special ward in Tokyo, Japan that was featured in River City: Tokyo Rumble.
Background
Shinagawa is first mentioned by Wataru Sasaki after he offers the protagonists a hideout to lay low from Shishiō's lackeys who are searching the city for them. Upon following Wataru to his supposed empty apartment, he stops at the bridge as Shishiō arrives with his bodyguards and reveals that he offered Wataru a top position in the Tokyo Lion Alliance in exchange for bringing the protagonists to him. After defeating Shishiō, Sabu shoots him in disappointment and reveals himself and his brother Lee as the true culprits behind the Alliance's takeover scheme. Kunio threatens to beat Sabu up again to put a stop to his ambitions, though Lee orders one of Sabu's goons to bring in Madoka as leverage against Kunio. Lee mentions that they'll be waiting for the group's arrival in Hong Kong before he and Sabu take their leave with Madoka being held hostage.
