Ebisuchō

Ebisuchō (恵美須町駅?) is a train station in Naniwa-ku, Osaka featured in River City Renegade.

Background

Ebisuchō is the fourth accessible area in River City Renegade. It contains a single street that leads into the arcade or the Tsūtenkaku Tower. Namba can be accessed from the Ebisuchō Outskirts Station.

The area is first seen after Kunio decides to head to Ebisuchō in order to look for Masaki. Inside of the arcade, three of Masaki's lackeys can be found and will demand Kunio to leave. Kunio hands them a letter written by Izawa to inform Masaki of Miho's kidnapping and a proposal to work together to get her back. While Masaki's crew is in disbelief, they decide to tell Kunio that Masaki is in Koshien.

After the Osaka Union's trap in Namba failed, Kunio is told by one of Masaki's lackeys that an attack from the Union is happening in Ebisuchō and that Masaki has gone alone. Upon arriving at the tower's entrance, Kunio fights off some Union thugs before he enters the tower and fights against waves of them. During the battle, the Osaka Alliance comes in to assist Kunio. With the waves of enemies defeated, the Alliance members keep guard of the entrance as Kunio continues to look for Masaki. Kunio eventually begins to catch up with Masaki as he sees him plow through the Union looking for Ogura. Masaki is then seen on the rooftop scolding Ogura for becoming so power hungry and begins to fight him. Shortly after their fight, Masaki is shot by Yoshihiro who demands Kunio to settle everything at the Osaka Port if he wants Miho back. Outside of the tower, the Alliance members are seen knocked out on the ground as Yoshihiro struck them from behind.
