Wonwoo (원우) is a South Korean rapper-songwriter under Pledis Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group SEVENTEEN and its hip-hop team, and part of its special unit Jeonghan X Wonwoo.
Career
2015: SEVENTEEN
On April 19, 2015, Wonwoo was introduced through a video teaser as one of the 13 members of Pledis Entertainment's newest boy group SEVENTEEN. They would be introduced through the reality program “Seventeen Project – The Debut Mission.”[1]
On May 26, he debuted with the group with their first mini album 17 Carat.
2024: Jeonghan X Wonwoo debut
On May 20th at midnight KST, SEVENTEEN officially announced that Jeonghan and Wonwoo will be debuting as Jeonghan X Wonwoo with their first single "This Man" on June 17th.[2]

On March 5, 2025, Pledis Entertainment announced that Wonwoo will be enlisting on April 3.[3]
