Son Dongwoon (손동운; or simply Dongwoon) is a South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper, producer, MC and actor under Around US Entertainment. He is the maknae of the boy group HIGHLIGHT (formerly BEAST).
He made his solo Japanese debut on July 1, 2015 with mini album Kimishika and his solo Korean debut on July 18, 2018 with the digital single "Prelude : Voice".
Personal life
Military enlistment
Son Dongwoon started is military service on May 9, 2019 as a conscripted policeman.[1] He was discharged on December 8, 2020.[2]
Relationship
On June 27, 2023, Dongwoon announced through a handwritten letter that he will be getting married privately to his non-celebrity girlfriend in September.[3]
