Lee Ga Eun (이가은; or Kaeun) is a South Korean singer and actress under High Entertainment. She is a member of the girl group After School.
Career
2012: Debut in After School
On April 11, 2012, she was revealed as a new member of the girl group After School and officially debuted with their fifth single, "Flashback".[3]
2018: Produce 48
In 2018, she participated in Mnet's survival show Produce 48 but was eliminated in the finale after achieving 14th place.[2] She returned to her activities with her girl group.
2019: Departure from Pledis Entertainment and "Remember You"
On July 3, 2019, Pledis Entertainment released a statement confirming Kaeun's departure from the agency after almost 8 years. She released a single on July 5 titled "Remember You" to express her feelings toward her fans.[4] On July 16, she signed with High Entertainment.[5]
