Heejoo (희주) is a South Korean singer and actress. She is a former member of the girl groups API and myB.
Career
2015–2016: MyB
On August 25, 2015, Heejoo made her debut as a member Maroo Entertainment's girl group myB. The group was announced to have disbanded after two singles on December 14, 2016. As a result, she left Maroo.[1]
2018–2021: API
Heejoo was introduced as one of the four original trainees in BRICKWORK Company's upcoming girl group Ho1iday (now known as API). On April 18, 2019, she officially made her debut with the group with a live performance of their debut song "Fantasy" on M Countdown.
The group disbanded sometime in 2021, after all their social media was deleted.
2021-present: Acting career
After API's disbandment, she started working as an actress.[2]
