Goo Hyun (구현) is a South Korean trainee under OAK Company. He is a member of the upcoming boy group BE BOYS and a former pre-debut member of the boy group PLATINUM78 and EASTSHINE.
He is best known for being a contestant on the survival shows Fantasy Boys, Fan Pick and Project 7.
Career
2022-2023: EASTSHINE
On November 17, 2022, he was revealed as a member of the upcoming boy group EASTSHINE.[1]
2023: Fantasy Boys and Fan Pick
On February 20, 2023, he was introduced as a contestant on MBC's boy group survival show Fantasy Boys.[2] He was eliminated in the second episode, which aired on April 7, 2023.[3]
On August 14, 2023, he was introduced as a contestant on MBC M's boy group survival show Fan Pick.[4] Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the eighth and final episode, which aired on October 18, 2023.[5]
2024: Project 7
On October 18, 2024, he was revealed as a contestant on JTBC's Project 7 but was unable to pass the survival round.
2025: BE BOYS
On April 23, 2025, Goo Hyun was revealed as a member of BE BOYS.[6]
