E'LAST (KR: 엘라스트; JP: エラスト) is an eight-member boy group under E Entertainment. They debuted on June 9, 2020 with their first mini album Day Dream.[1][2]
Their name is an abbreviation of "Everlasting", which either means "Eternity" and "Infinity."[3]
History
2020: Debut with Day Dream, Awake
On April 28, 2020, E Entertainment announced that they would be debuting a new boy group within the first half of the year, tentatively called EBOYZ, which includes former Produce X 101 contestants Won Hyuk and Lee Won Jun.[4]
On May 12, a logo motion was released which revealed that the official name of EBOYZ would now be known as E'LAST.[5]
The group made their debut with the release of their first mini album, Day Dream, on June 8.
On November 11, the group made their first-ever comeback with the release of their second mini album Awake, while member Won Jun was unable to participate in the recordings and promotions of the album due to scheduling conflicts.[6]
2021-2022: "Dark Dream", Roar
The group's only comebacks in 2021 and 2022 was with their first single album, "Dark Dream", and their third mini album, Roar, which were released on September 29, 2021 and April 27, 2022, respectively.
2023: "Thrill", Identification
Following the enlistment of member Seung Yeop on January 31, 2023, the group released their first digital single "Thrill" on February 20, while its Japanese version was released on April 4.
On September 24, they posted a coming soon poster announcing the release of their fourth mini album Identification, which was released on October 17.[7]
2024: Everlasting
On April 1, a coming soon poster was released which revealed that the group would release their first full-length album, Everlasting, on May 2.[8]
2025: Versus
On April 12, they posted a coming soon poster announcing the release of their fifth mini album Versus, which was released on May 7.[9]
