CutieL (큐티엘) was a seven-member South Korean kids girl group under Big Star Entertainment, and later IONE Entertainment. They debuted as an 7-member group on December 17, 2010 with the digital single, "Christmas Carol".
In 2018, CutieL was to have entered its third generations of members under IONE Entertainment, however no further news came of their return and they are assumed to have disbanded sometime in 2018.
Their group name was a combination of 'cutie' and 'angel'.
History
On March 29, 2018, IONE Entertainment confirmed that they will be reactivating CutieL and will reform the kids girl group as a seven-member group with a new concept. At the time, five members were already selected and two more positions were open for audition. IONE Entertainment stated that a comeback was planned for 2018. However, no further news came of the reformation, and they are presumed to have disbanded. The five known members were Yoon Yeoeun, Park Jiwoo, Kwak Naeun, Lee Gahyun and Jang Minseol, while it is unknown who the two remaing members were, or if two final members were ever chosen.[1]
