Chu Hwa Jeong (추화정), also known as Hwa Jung (화정), is a South Korean singer-songwriter under CH Company. She is a former member of the girl groups D.Holic and TURAN.
She made her solo debut on January 1, 2019, with the digital single "Silkeot".
Career
2013: TURAN
In late October 2013, Hwajung started promoting as a new member of TURAN.[1]
She presumably left the group in December as she stopped appearing at their activities and the group updated the new lineup on their SNS without her.[2][3]
2015–2017: D.Holic
In 2015, she was added to the girl group D.Holic to replace member Nine. Her first release with the group was the single album "Murphy & Sally".
She left the group sometime in 2017.
2019: Solo debut with "Silkeot"
On January 1, 2019, she made her solo debut with the digital single "Silkeot".
