Reitei

Reitei  (霊 (れい)帝 (てい), Reitei^? Ling Di), also known as Ryuukou  (劉宏 (りゅうこう), Ryuukou^? Liu Hong) or by her True Name, Kuutan  (空丹 (くぅたん), Kuutan^?), is the emperor of the Kan Empire, and the older sister of Kentei. She is one of the many heroines in the Koihime†Musou series, formally debuting in the series in Shin Koihime†Musou -Kakumei-.

Although she's an emperor, due to being spoilt by Chouchuu, she is fairly hands-off when it comes to ruling the Empire, leading to her being exploited by her wife, Kataigou.

Soon after the events of the Koukintou Rebellion, due to what Kentei perceived as negligence on her part, she is, with the help of Toutaku, overthrown by her sister.

After the events of the Anti-Toutaku Alliance, she comes under the protection of the Ryuubi Faction, alongside Kentei and Chouchuu.

• The name Reitei is only her title, meaning "Emperor Rei (Ling)"; historically Emperor Ling's full name is Liu Hong.
• There exists a Reitei (Referred to as Emperor Ling in the localization) in the original Koihime†Musou. However, this Reitei is notably completely different from he is male and not even seen in person. After the events of the Koukintou Rebellion, he dies without naming an heir. This leads to a power struggle and the apparent dictatorship of Toutaku.
