Kentei  (献帝 (けんてい), Kentei^? Xian Di), also known as Ryuukyou  (劉協 (りゅうきょお), Ryuukyou^? Liu Xie) or by her True Name, Paitan  (白湯 (ぱいたん), Paitan^?) is the Emperor of the Kan Dynasty and the younger sister of Reitei. She is one of the many heroines of the Koihime†Musou Series.

After the end of the Koukintou Rebellion, she sees how neglectful her older sister is as Emperor. She is then inspired to overthrow her older sister, and, with the help of Toutaku Chuuei, take over the duties of the Emperor.

This ascension, however was short-lived, as Enshou, after losing to Toutaku's forces, organized the Anti-Toutaku Alliance to oust Toutaku for being a tyrant.

She would then be rescued by the Ryuubi Faction.

• The name Kentei is only a title meaning "Emperor Ken (Xian)"; historically Emperor Xian's full name is Liu Xie.
• There exists a Kentei in the original Koihime†Musou. However, that Kentei was male. He is only mentioned by name (under his Chinese name Liu Xie in the localization). He takes part in the power struggle for the throne after the death of his father, Emperor Ling, opposing He Jin's faction.
