Robbie is a non-playable character in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. he is the lead researcher on guardian technology that Hyrule discovered shortly before Calamity Ganon returns. Robbie has a wild personality, but afraid of crossing his research partner, Purah.
Role in Games
Robbie first appears at Akkala tower, working on his research to understand the guardian remains scattered across Hyrule. Once the Yiga forces attacking them are driven off, he and Purah use the mysterious guardian to begin to better understand the ancient technology. Both researchers expand their team as they made slow headway though the memories and abilities of Terrako and the Sheikah towers.
When Calamity Ganon strikes a day earlier then they predicted from Terrako's memories, Robbie and Purah find themselves under attack from undercover Yiga soldiers who infiltrated their research team's ranks. Despite being surrounded, Robbie and Purah are somehow able to escape, with Robbie reclaiming Akkala and leading its defense when the surge of Calamity forces rush across Hyrule with the emergence of Calamity Ganon. Robbie refuses to yield or give up hope even as the possessed Guardians break down their gate and the lizalfos scale over the ramparts.
In the bonus post-credits scene of restoring the destroyed Terrako has Robbie lead the efforts to repair their friend alongside Purah. Robbie is convinced he's succeeded, despite the champions doubts, and is confirmed when Terrako responds to Zelda's presence.

Personality
Robbie is an enthusiastic researcher who seems to consider himself a rebel without a cause type of individual. He firmly believes in his research and ability to make things work as desired. Despite his loud ways, Robbie does not ever try to overstep Purah, deferring to her when she gets excited about her subject.
