A rare item found in Dynasty Warriors 3, the Defender (頑鉄甲, Gantekkō, lit. Firm Iron Shell) has a similar effect to the Survival Guide in that it powers up the wearer upon reaching critical condition. But instead of raising attack power, it doubles overall defense instead. On higher difficulty settings, this item can be a life saver in the event of the player coming close to certain death.
How to Unlock
- Dynasty Warriors 3: Battle of Wu Zhang Plains; Wei Forces; Trigger the shooting star cutscene by having two playable allies be defeated.
