Toppy is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirby Mass Attack.

Physical Appearance

Toppy resembles a small, spherical cat with white skin, a cheerful smile, a bow atop her head, and two spherical hands. She seemingly has a purple semisphere attached to her lower body. The semisphere flashes orange while she spins.

Games

Kirby Mass Attack

Toppy appears exclusively in Stages 2 and 4 of Green Grounds. An airborne enemy, she hovers up and down when not threatened. When approached, she begins spinning to deflect attacking Kirbys. This technique damages any interfering Kirby. After spinning for a time, Toppy gets dizzy, giving the Kirbys a chance to assault her. She requires few Kirbys to be defeated.

A large variant of the enemy, Big Toppy, appears in Stage 4 of Sandy Canyon.

Etymology

Toppy's name comes from the word top, a spinning toy.
