Battle 251 is also called "Fortuna's Counterattack"
Summary
As Shigure and the Shinpaku Alliance were running, Kamioka was worried they couldn't get off the island until Shigure told them they could use Ryouzanpaku's boat. Fortuna hid himself so he wouldn't have to battle Shigure. Suddenly, a tank ran in front of them to block their path.
Elsewhere, Jennifer was hiding from soldiers with NIJ Standard Rifles which were the newest American Rifle Models that Fortuna somehow got.
Shigure had the Shinpaku Alliance run to the harbor while she dealt with the tank.
As the Allied Forces retreated, the male Ryouzanpaku masters were walking into the threat.
Inside the real headquarters at the old fortress, Fortuna's men were confidents of driving off the invaders and hoping to increase the selling point of their weapons. However, Ryouzanpaku were defeating their soldiers by using their own men as weapons.
