Darios briefly told Arin about himself and his comrades. He, the royal mage. Then, Darios told Arin about fighting Grateus, the White Dragon. Darios said to Arin that that's how Grateus died, after that, the people called them Dragon Slayers. [3]

After dinner, Mina takes Arin into a dark hallway. Arin asked what was this place. Mina knocked on a door. He who's a middle-aged man in his 40s wearing a jet black robe with sharp eyes opened the door and said Mina is late. [4]

He with sharp eyes immediately placed his hand on Arin's neck and muttered something for a long time. A blue glow came from his hands. Afterwards, a blue light appeared behind Arin and then disappeared. He said good, his magic worked perfectly. Arin said what magic. Arin, who was just opening his mouth, was taken aback. Arin said huuuh, his voice, his voice was all shrill and high-pitched, it's weird. Mina said oh her god, he really sound like Princess Ione now. Mina looked at him with admiration and said thank him, Mr. Latnile. He also answered confidently that now everyone will believe this child was Princess Ione. In the room where Mina took Arin, in addition to the middle-aged man, Reyses and a sturdy young man with black hair were also standing there. While Arin tested his voice, Reyses paid tribute to him that incredible as always, she heard it's difficult to cast a Voice Change spell so perfectly. He said the magic spell itself isn't difficult, the challenge was in how well they remember the voice they're changing it to, but that's not a problem for him, he has heard the princess's voice since she was little. Suddenly he asked this should be enough to fool them, right, Pluto. The black-haired young man called Pluto also looked satisfied. Pluto said he really does resemble her. Pluto asked he'll be a stand in for just a day or two at most so this much should be fine, right, him. Arin, who was listening to the conversation between the two, suddenly felt interested. Arin thought he and Pluto, right, Darios told him about them in his stories. Arin shouted and asked the guy in the black hood must be him, the mage of Karsel, and the black-haired guy must be Pluto, the vice-captain of the order of Karsel. Mina, who was startled, quickly corrected Arin's words. Mina said to Arin that he should adress them as "Misters". He and Pluto looked at Arin in confusion. Pluto asked to Arin that hmm, wait, he know their names. He asked to Arin that he heared he were uninformed about the world, where he did hear about them. Arin answered it's from Darios, he heard him all killed a dragon together. At that moment, a bitter smile appeared on the lips of the two people. He let out a laugh. He said hoho, he saw, if he heard it directly from Darios, then what he know was close to the truth. Pluto said according to the people at the local bar, he's a superhuman who ripped the dragon's wing off with a single blow and caused it to fall. He said and he apparently smashed the dragon's head with Meteor Strike, if he had really mastered a ninth circle spell, why he would has gone through the trouble. Arin was puzzled. Arin thought for some reason, they don't seem to be in a good mood, strange, he's sure Karstein told him that, humans kill dragons just to attain a title and satisfy their greed. Arin asked excuse him, they two weren't proud of being called Dragon Slayers. He let out something that was close to a complaint. He said well, sure, they're proud, but it's not exactly something to boast about, they still have trouble sleeping just thinking about those days. Pluto continued that people thought they can easily take down a dragon or two, geez, damn it, they should see one for themselves. He said he wouldn't understand just hearing about it, how terrifying its massive body was. Pluto strongly agreed with his grumbling voice. Pluto said sigh, Darios just had to see for himself. Arin looked at their reaction and it seemed like they were quite scared of it. Arin thought hmm, sounds like it was quite frightening. Suddenly, Arin remembered something else that puzzled him. Arin thought but, what did they mean by "fool them" earlier. [5]

At night, in the Anasteid. Someone said inside the house that he doesn't think they should give it up now, him. In one of the countless pubs scattered throughout the city, the group of five engaged in a heated discussion. He drinking beer and said to hell with giving up, how he can hope for anything without investing some effort first, Darios. Darios said that's true, but... it's taking up too much time, cornering prey while it's unaware is one thing, but chasing after one on the run is too difficult. He said let's be clear here, their prey isn't on the run, he doesn't even know they're after him. [6]

Darios said but if they're away for so long, it'll affect the rest of their schedule. He shouted then why Darios doesn't lot leave already. Pluto diligently cut up the steak and ate it. He said he told Darios, that dragon is easy prey, he bet he can even take him alone. Darios was surprised and standed and shouted but what if he fail, they'll lose their most precious magician. Kias asked Sir Pluto, it's all right for him not to step in. Pluto chewing his steak and said, his speaking for him already, he'd rather have another bite of meat than waste his breath. Vera asked he doesn't have a spell to track someone down, why he doesn't use that. He sighed and answered the spell won't work, he can't track Arin's presence, it's useless. Vera asked he can't track Arin's presence, how that's possible. He answered how he would knew, maybe it's because Arin is a dragon. Kias said even so, a dragon is fully human while it's transformed, it should be no different from any other human. His eyes lit up and asked oho, he has never heard of that, where he did hear that, Mr. Kias. Kias answerd he read it in an ancient book. He said haha, he'd like to give it a read too. Darios sighed and said they should get back to the subject at hand... He stood up and said ...they can't waste time on a whild goose chase, especially since... this country is enemies with Karsel. [6]

He said he bid his farewell... ...to the last king of Libeid. The king was surprised and shouted this voice... The king shouted ...him. In a large room filled with darkness, a large, square crystal embedded in one wall projected Aria's image. He smiled broadly and said hohoho, it's performing better than he thought. He said if he can address the lifespan and balance issue, he can consider mass production, or will it be difficult due to a lack of raw materials, even a defect was doing so well, if he can put it to practical use, he'll be quite something. He looked at the screen and said wait, but the production cost was too high... and then someone came into one corner of the dark room. Vera said she heard him called for them, and he surprised. He said oh, welcome to the room of foresight... ...princess Ione. A girl with blazing red hair and a look exactly like Arin entered the room. In the middle of the room was a sofa and a table with popcorn and 3D glasses on them and he continued speaking with excitement to Ione that there, see the sofa, go on and take a seat. Ione looked around the room and asked questions that this was the room of foresight, that's glass screen acting as the crystal ball. He began to explain with a proud smile on his face that correct, the curvature of a crystal ball caused the image to distort and limited broader viewing despite the depth, to make up for this flaw, he cut the crystal and placed it on the wall, he called it "Wild Vision," it made viewing much better, no, and Vera wearing 3D glasses and holding popcorn and said princess Ione should just let him be, he liked to prattle on. He said anyway, princess Ione should sit back and enjoy. As He instructed, the two women sat on the sofa and watched the screen and he said the show... Still, the giant crystal, 'Wild Vision', illuminated Aria's fight. He had a big smile on his face. He said ...was just beginning. [7]

Season 2

Pluto took out a small crystal ball from his pocket. The crystal ball shone. Pluto said hey, him, he took out Jelinek just now... Before Pluto could finish speaking, he shouted urgently to his crystal ball that why he's calling him now, forget about the mission, it's not important anymore, he should return to Karsel at once. Pluto asked why, something did interesting happen, he did find out where Parousia or Liegis is located. He said oh, Liegis is probably in the basement of Lastanien Palace... hold on, that's not the problem right now. Pluto asked then what it's. He shouted dammit... ...they got attacked while the troops were away, King Largo of the Western Region of the Gaianes Empire is invading their unguarded country. Pluto was surprised. Pluto continued asking questions as if he didn't understand that he's serious, how that's possible, there's no way unless Largo crossed the Lartead Mountains. He shouted as unbelievable as it may sound, that's exactly what they did, Pluto saw, the Red Dragon, Karstein... ...might be involved in the Gaianes Empire's assult. At the same time, Pluto's complexion hardened. Pluto said G-Gaster don't mean that Karsel Kingdom might end up fighting Karstein, fight, get it straight. He shouted Karstein is an ancient dragon, Arin and Grateus do not even come close to his power, they're nothing more than flies before his might. He sighed deeply and said he just hope this is Karstein messing around for fun and not being serious, crap... why do such beings even exist in this world. [8]

Pluto also frowned with a gloomy face that he couldn't agree more, try as they might... humans don't stand a chance against a single flap of a dragon's wings... ...they must free the Almighty Creature from the seal as soon as possible, not even a dragon can hold a candle to the Almighty Creature, not unless the legendary Super Dragon appeared... Seria, who was secretly eavesdropped, thought Super Dragon. Rake asked all that aside... ...Seria did manage to overhear anything. Seria answered yes, they say this was located in the basement of Lastanien Palace. A deep smile appeared on Rake's lips as he said oooh, lucky break, even Lord Aslan didn't know that, the stalking paid off. Seria said lucky, her ass, Rake did forget she almost died. Seria continued speaking as if she had suddenly been struck by something that oh, right, Rake, that remined her, the Almighty Creature they talk of... seemed quite different from that they knew, according to their version, the Super Dragon is the Almighty Creature... ...but they made it sound like nothing can stop the Almighty Creature except the Super Dragon, the two could actually be different creatures. Rake asked then which one they were looking for, the Super Dragon, or the Almighty Creature. Seria said well, it doesn't matter either way, she's sure they're both incredible beings. The next day. Karsel Kingdom. Latisse asked oh, Pluto, it's been a while, when he did return to Karsel. Pluto neatly adjusted his attire towards the king and formally bowed and said greetings, his Majesty, he, Pluto Croword, knight of Karsel, have only just returned, he returned using his Warp Spell. Latisse sighed and said that's enough, formal greetings don't suit Pluto, he heard he was coming back and wanted to see how he was doing, so, he heard about the situation from him, since he's a Dragon Slayer, 100,000 Imperial Soldiers are a piece of cake, right. One of his many laboratories. The three people sat in a circle at a small circular table. He spoke first that now, then... ...let them get this meeting started. [8]

A magic chant flowed from his mouth. He said may the noble flame... light this world, may the vast blaze descend on this earth... He completed the spell. He shouted World Flame Map. Flames erupted at his feet. Fwoosh! A massive wall of flames spreaded majestically upward and sideways. A huge wall of fire nearly tens of meters (feets) tall appeared in the middle of the imperial army's position. A huge wall of flames covered the sky and the earth, engulfing the entire unit. The wall of flame burned the soldiers with its red tongue. There is no room to escape. The acrid smoke of burning people spreads ceaselessly. The imperial soldiers shouted ack, gragh. The imperial soldiers let out ear-piercing screams. A whirlpool of flames enveloped the human being and scattered ash high into the sky. Everything turned into a handful of ash, emitting black smoke. In the midst of the overwhelming fear, the Archmage laughed. In the middle of the red-stained sky, the figure smiled with utmost joy while showed off power beyond common sense was truly not human. He pushed his hands forward. He shouted ahahahaha, he'll wipe them all out. The flames that covered the sky and the earth lost their power. Meanwhile, a knight wore splendid armor rode a horse and galloped through the black, burned fields. Largo shouted stop right there, him. He looked back and said nice of him to grace him with his presence, King Largo, he made it here pretty quickly this time. Largo said whirlwind, clear away the blaze. The magic sword Storm Bringer, nicknamed the bringer of the storm, showed power worthy of its name. Dozens of whirlwinds sprang up powerfully, sending flames in all directions swirling into the air. The soldiers who barely survived burst into cheers that whoa, it's his Majesty King Largo. Largo was surprised. Largo shouted dammit, he fled again. Largo gritted his teeth as they broke. Largo shouted he, fight with integrity, he cowards. Someone hit a stone hard with his fist and shouted how many times has this happened now, how can they fight so dishonestly. A person wore a robe approached Largo, who was let went of his anger. The person said please calm down, his Majesty. Largo shouted in excitement that calm down, he does look like he can calm down right now, those three didn't even bother to bring an army, all they do was repeatedly ambush them, how could the so-called Dragon Slayers fight so shamelessly. The person who's white-haired old mage said it's certainly an effective strategy since they have limited troops, absurdly enough, their tricks were working because each of them was so incredibly powerful. Largo shouted they, too, have troops wo can take them on, however, the problem was their teleportation, there was no way to stop their escape, Osteir, the moment they show up to defend theirselves from their surprise attack, they make a run for it. [9]

Osteir said his apologies for breaking the news, but the person they're up against was him, the most powerful mage alive, the gap between their magic power and his was too great, so he's been effectively blocking them, his magic was only rivaled by dragons, though he's ashamed to admit it, the gap between their powers was too great. Largo shouted dammit, they do really stand no chance against them, how could a small kingdom like Karsel have such a monstrous man like him. Largo sighed. Largo looked at Osteir again. His voice had become much calmer. Largo said in any case, they're left with only one choice here, march on Karsel Kingdom without a moment's delay. Is it because of one outburst of passion? He was much calmer. Largo said they can't run away forever, if there's something they need to protect. [9]

Yuna thought Charlene was able to recognize Aria's true nature... which proved that she's the Queen of Sorcery, he, the greatest genius of all time... is a mage who mastered Nineth Circle spells which were thought to be impossible for humans to learn, even a prodigy like him only mastered Eighth Circle spells when he was nearly 40, however, the Queen of Sorcery, Lord of the Southern Empire, mastered Eighth Circle spells in her teens, that was only possible because the succession process allowed her to inherit the previous Queen's wisdom and magic power... the Queen of Sorcery said that the mage who attacked her looked fairly young, but... it's possible for such a young mage to subdue another mage capable of Eighth Circle spells, she can't wrap her head around it... [10]

Scarla took a fighting stance and said even the high and mighty he would have to hold back his magic power if she captured Vera, right. He was fixated on a point in the dark sky, looked down at his feet, felt quite embarrassed on the inside that why Vera isn't giving him a signal... ...something did happen to her. He was worried and said well... he's sure Vera can look after herself. He created an ominous-looking red magic circle and said he'd better get started. Louvracratic Arrows. A dozen columns of red light struck the ground. With a roar, red brilliance spreads out in all directions, gaining momentum. A terrifying shock wave covers the ground, tearing everything within its range. Still, his expression remained stiff. Because there was nothing that needed to be there. He said hmm, why isn't anyone defending against his attack. He thought he heard the imperial army has at least five master-level mages... ...which meant they didn't block his attack on purpose, they did abandon their soldiers, but why. He was surprised and said he saw... ...si this is what they were planning. Twelve faint clusters of light surround him in the air and stop in the air. The identity of the light was twelve mages wearing robes of various colors. He said good grief, he was told there were five master-level mages, but there are 12, once he's done here, he's giving the Intelligence Department hell for this. A mage said what an honor it's to meet the best mage of this generation. Osteir, one of the oldest mages, opened his mouth to him that he's Osteir, a mage of the Eighth Circle, though his power isn't great, he held the title of a master. He gave them a relaxed look and said he saw, he's Gaster Latnile, a master of Nineth Circle spells. At that moment, there was a stir among the wizards surrounding him. A mage said a master of Nineth Circle spells... He said ...none of the mage bothered to stop their spell even though there were 12 of them, they're determined to save their energy, huh, how heartless of them to use their own soldiers as bait, now, they're lost hundreds of their men, what an example they're setting for those seeking to learn magic. A mage said ugh... Osteir said relax, he's provoking them on purpose, he has repeatedly cast ground magic spells without a break, even he must be exhausted after using so much mana, he doubt he's a match for the 12 of them in his current state. Suddenly a smile appeared on his lips and said sorry to burst their bubble... ...but he has enough mana left to take them all out. A terrible energy began to surge over his shoulders. An enormous amount of mana that the mages had never imagined in their lives spread around him. The complexions of the surrounding mages turned pale. Osteir shouted that they don't falter, they all knew how great he's. Flames began to burn in Osteir's right hand. Osteir said him, he may be a great mage... ...but he can't possibly be greater than the 12 of them combined. Flame Strike. A ray of red flame poured down on him. Along with Osteir, the remaining 11 mages also launched red pillars of fire. Twelve pillars of fire struck him. A huge explosion spread across the sky and a small sun appeared in the night sky. A mage shouted yes. One of the mages said in a trembling voice that did they get him. The mage's complexion suddenly turned pale. Wrapped in a whirlwind of pure white light, he was smiling with not a single hair on his face injured and said they're really... ...calling this an attack. He snapped his fingers as if it was funny and said it's his turn now. Wind Cannon. With a roar that tore through the air, a huge shock wave hit the 12 mages. Mages shouted ack... guh. Osteir thought this is really Wind Cannon, how could a Fifth Circle spell be so powerful, this is what it means to be the ultimate mage, he's indeed worthy of being called an archmage. He burst into laughter arrogantly and shouted that this is all the mages have got, hahaha, they should bring it on. He thought crap... ...this is no time to be laughing, he wonder how Vera and Pluto are doing, there's no way he'll lose in a battle of magic, but it'll take some time, but he can't afford to appear weak and boost their morale, right now... ...he must continue to look confident. He continued to laugh arrogantly and shouted ahahaha. [11]

He was very annoyed and said ugh, they pests... He was angry and shouted ...the way they fight is so goddamn annoying, just come at him, all of them. Osteir said hoho, that's the greatest compliment him could have given them, he may be an archmage, but he's still a human. He frowned as he deflected their magic one by one. Osteir said unless he's a dragon, he can't cast two spells at once, the 12 of them will take turned attacking him... giving him no chance to back. He shouted in that case... ...he'll take them on with First Circle spells that can be cast immediately. He shouted Magic Arrow. At the same time as the starter word, the light green orbs changed into hundreds of arrows and were fired all at once at the imperial mages who surrounded him. Osteir was astonished and shouted s-stop him. The countless arrows of light that were pouring down were all bounced away by the unfolding intangible force-field. Osteir shouted ugh... He smiled bitterly and said hmph, he guessed they're still just Magic Arrows even if he can make a lot of them, they blocked them all. Osteir was out of breath and thought First Circle spells weren't powerful... ...but he created hundreds of Magic Arrows that he can only create 20 of at most, he may be an enemy, but he's incredibly powerful. Osteir shouted even so, they, too, hold the title of Master, they have trained too long for this to shake them, everyone, prepare the incantation as they discussed, the rest of them, continue to hold him back, this will be their winning move. In addition, countless ice, flames, and thunderbolts flew at him. [12]

A few things were needed to activate a spell. An incantation, a sometic (hand movement)... ...and mana caluculation to determine the flow of mana. Higher mastery allowed one to shorten their incantations. However, all three requirements must be met to activate a spell. Using that knowledge, the 12 mages... continuously attacked him, effectively stopping him from casting and spells. He thought the mages were showering him with weak spells again, they're trying to see who got tired first... A mage said come forth, bladed wind... give power to the northern gust... Another mage said ...that rises from a harsh land... The mages shouted ...glacial whirlwind... ...Blizzard Storm. A moment of confusion flashed across his face. He thought an Eighth Circle glacial spell, the mages were buying time to prepare this spell, crap, he can block it, but he doesn't have enough time for the incantation, on top of that, he still have to deflect all of their weaker spells. He immediately responded by withdrawing his shield. He shouted envelop him, power of mana, Arc Field Double Spell. A brilliant light began to surround him. The stream of light instantly became several times thicker. The dark sky glowed a soft white. The stationary air flow gradually increased its movement, and white crystals condensed one by one in the air. The moment when the movement of the air gained momentum and white crystals caught up in the flow and blew in all directions. Whoosh. The gentle flow suddenly became a torrent and began to cover the sky with an ear-piercing sound. A storm of pure white crystals immediately attacked him. The mages of the empire laughed with joy. The mages shouted they did it, they finally caught that monster. Osteir said he knew this isn't enough to kill him, but the mages managed to trap him inside the Blizzard Storm, the moment he removed the Arc Field to cast another spell, he'll be frozen alive, they should keep the spell active, as long as they buy enough time... ...their King will come to help them. He thought oh, dear, he was conceited, thinking that the difference in their skills would be enough to win, this is a pretty good strategy... He sighed and said oh well, he'll have to overexert himself a little. It was then. Just as Largo was about to hit Storm Bringer, a huge stream of fire burned the surroundings and exploded at him. Largo shouted kugh. Pluto turned around and saw the brown haired mage who asked still alive, Pluto. Pluto answered finally, what took him so long... ...him. He appeared, holding his head and frowning. A mage shouted impossible... ...how did he manage to escape, he opened a Warp Gate while keeping the defense spell activated. Osteir was shocked 'again'. Osteir thought it's possible to activate two different spells at the same time, it's not like he's a dragon... ...any normal human's mind would have shattered, that man's magic has transcended human ability. He continued to hold his head and frown and replied oww his head... Pluto can't be any nicer, he risked his life to come save him. Pluto asked curiously that why he's gripping his head, there's a problem. He answered that no, he doesn't worry, it's just a side effect from casting spells one after another. He laughed and said he'll be able to use magic again in about ten minutes. Pluto said in other words... he can't use magic for the next ten minutes. He said wow, Pluto is smarter than he thought. The flame split and a silver glow suppressed the heat. The vortex of suppressed fire split long and opened a path. Meanwhile, the swordman appeared again. Largo said just what he'd expect from an archmage, not even 12 Masters managed to stop him, huh. He said Pluto... fought against that? The Storm Bringer is quite something. Pluto said he wouldn't have struggled if Largo was such an easy enemy. Largo smirked and said the Archmage, he, too, admire his skills. Largo raised Storm Bringer high and shouted loudly that however, he has the dragon's power with him, now, he shall avenge the imperial soildiers that he killed. Pluto asked any ideas, him. He answered he told Pluto he can't use magic roght now, he think of something. Pluto said he can't believe he has to die with an old, perverted Archmage... He shouted hey, Pluto should watch his mouth, he came to rescue him. At that moment, a silver flash suddenly flew through the air from above the cliff and struck Largo. It was a blow that was so sudden that Largo had no choice but to hit it squarely. Largo morned guh... Pluto was surprised and shouted this must be... A cry close to a scream came from the mouths of the imperial soldiers that l-look up there, he could be... ...Darios fon Goldbruf... ...the Dragon Slayer. Pluto shouted ha... about time Darios got here. He said what a remarkable entrance, Darios, despite Pluto's nonchalance, he managed to appear in full view of everyone, even the lighting is perfect... Pluto was surprised and shouted how that's important right now. [13]

He said good grief... he already pushed his limits today, and it turned out he hasn't even faced the real challenge yet, since he has his mana back, he has no choice... ...but to use a Ninth Circle spell. A fierce resolve that I had never seen before appeared on his face. He said he shall hereby contain... ...the dragon's power... Largo came through the storm to him. Largo shouted to him that he does really thought he would allow... ...the strongest mage on earth to strike back, he shall stop whatever spells him plan to cast. He said Largo, he did know, there exists an ultimate spell in each circle.... that can only be learned once he knew all the other spells in that circle, and it just so happened that... ...he has mastered all the Ninth Circle spells. Absolute Magic Seal. Largo was embarrassed and shouted ...what in the world, his mana... the mana flowing into the sword... ...has been blocked. At the same time, the swirling Dragon Power Wind began to lose its shape. The soldiers of Karsel who were being chased said Largo's magic... ...disappeared... He collapsed. The soldiers of Karsel shouted yeaaah, he stopped the whirlwind, they may hurray for the Lord. Pluto said dang, he really was something. For an instant, Pluto's complexion hardened and shouted in panic that he... He broke into a cold sweat and opened his mouth that he really was a genius... ...it only cost him an arm instead of his entire body. His left arm had completely disappeared, and in its place, the fluttering hem of his robe was stained with red blood. Meanwhile, Largo paniced while held the now useless Storm Bringer and shouted dammit, what is the meaning of this, come on, come forth, storm. Largo shouted how can his magic ...surpass the dragon's power. Darios said it's time to end their duel. Largo shouted graaaaah. Darios cut off Largo's head in one fell swoop. [14]

Pluto worried and asked to Vera that if it was hard after fighting for a while. Vera answered with a hard smile that this was okay and that she had gained quite a bit of her divine power. Scarla, who was lying down, raised her head and shouted that Vera is a vicious bitch, and that was how she got that incredible divine power. Everyone turned their heads towards Scarla sudden shout. Scarla's eyes filled with hatred leaked through her tangled blonde hair. Scarla's venomous gaze is truly terrifying. Vera didn't care at all. Vera said oh, because Scarla is a recycler. A scream came out of Scarla's mouth that it would be better to kill her. The mechanism of a divine spell is to generate one's divine power by exercising one's own sacred power based on strong faith. Piety increases the level of divine spells, and divine power increases the power of divine spells. No matter how sincere your heart is, you cannot use holy spells if you do not have mana, or divine power, which is the driving force to generate the spell. Scarla who lost her divine power was the same as losing everything. Darios said hmm... and he was appalled and looked at Scarla and Vera alternately. Will Vera be able to feel at ease even after looking at Scarla like that? Vera said that's right, let's kill Scarla even though she's no longer useful. Vera seemed to be comfortable. It was a time when Darios was dumbfounded as he watched Vera muttering calmly. He, who was looking at Vera with a look in his eyes that said, now that she has cured Pluto, it will be his turn, opened his mouth that wait, Vera. Vera answered why. He said if Vera is going to recycle Scarla, let's be sure. Vera said pardon. He said a body with strong vitality is useful in many ways, so a high-ranking exorcist like Scarla would have amazing vitality. Vera asked he's going to experiment on humans again. He asked there's a problem. Vera answered well, whatever, do whatever he want. Darios, who could not hear the conversation between the two, frowned and stepped in front of them. Darios said too many people do it, really. As much as possible, Darios do not interfere with what his colleagues are doing, but this time he cannot tolerate it. Darios was about to get angry. But Darios missed the timing again. Pluto said he agreed with Darios opinion. As Darios was about to step forward, Pluto grabbed his shoulder and dragged him. Pluto said he's not a good guy, but there's no need to be such a bad guy. Pluto took the form of an edge of the hand with his right arm and drew out blue Sword Aura. A blue light passed by Scarla's neck. Scarla screamed ugh... A low voice rang softly amidst the red blood. Pluto said those who should be killed must be killed. [15]

Season 3

Pluto asked someone can't explain it in simpler terms. Inside the field tent, he answered hmm, a human can grow a tail if they cast a regeneration spell on their rear. Pluto said obviously not. He said that is what it meant to disrupt an existence. He hit the table with his hand and said no amount of healing will recover his arm, not even the divine spell for regenerating a severed arm will work, trying to recover his left arm is like trying to attach a tail to a human. He laughed and said by the nature existence, humans cannot perform Ninth Circle spells, but he managed to, only at the cost of an arm, this is why he should've completed the Vessel of the Soul. Pluto said a missing arm won't hinder him from casting spells, somatics, they were, he heard the hand guestures were also important. He concluded with a bitter tone that Fifth Circle spells and below were fine, but it'll take a bit longer to cast Sixth Circle spells and up, anything above mid-level Eighth Circle spells is impossible. Pluto said in other words, their magic power has been reduced by half. He said yes, Pluto have got it spot-on. Pluto came out of the commander's field tent and said anyway, he should focus on his recovery, though he seemed to be doing fine except for his arm. Pluto grumbled and asked Darios has gone back yet. He walked through the bushes toward Darios and Pluto and said there they all were. Darios asked him, what he brought here, something did happen. He said he has come to deliver news from the scouts, it seemed there were still around 80,000 Imperial soldiers who retreated, they can't let their guard down just yet with so many enemy troops standing bym for now, let's continue to monitor their movements. Darios asked they'll launch another assult after losing their king, with their leader gone, they wouldn't return to the western empire. He answered normally, yes, unfortunately, they must go back through the Lartead Mountains, which they can't enter and leave as they wished. Pluto muttered crap, what a pain in the neck, the Imperial army is holding them back, they also need to find the seals before Karstein found out that they messed with the hatchling. Darios asked dubiously that speaking of, Arin is really a hatchling. Pluto answered yeah, they're dead meat now, they say messing with a hatchling can cause an entire kingdom to fall. He said actually, he came up with a countermeasure, however... He was angry and shouted ...his mentor is so goddamn useless. At that moment, Terold Croword appeared behind the grumbling him and asked that he's talking about him. He shouted goodness, when Terold did get here, useless mentor of his. Terold was angry and said why, he little... Pluto asked ancestor, Sir, what brought him here, and why he's so angry. Terold said bah, this is all because of that damn Liegis. [16]

Rake thought he's after Liegis, he should be working for him. Terold Croword said oh. He shouted oh, that was all Terold have to say. He shouted good grief, something was actually wrong with Terold, how he could make such a silly mistake. Terold said bah, he's been away from the human world for too long... He shouted that's no excuse, Terold have stopped using his brain ever since he turned into a lich. Terold angry and said where's his manners, he's his Master, let him knock some sense into him. He snored hmph and said a Master, he's stronger than Terold now, he's a Master of Nineth Circle spells. Terold pointing to his arm and said but he's missing an arm now. He complexion turned pale and said oh. Terold used him to Dark Flame and shouted he should take this, Dark Flame. He shouted th-that's not fair, Master. Darios just watched this scene. Pluto said they shure get along, huh, this was supposed to be a battle between the greatest mages of all time. [17]

Raedi touched the great sword lightly. Raedi's complexion hardened. Raedi said this... is not an ordinary Enchanted Sword. Sez was surprised and shouted what. Sez asked it's a Mystic Sword. Raedi stood up and anwered not, it's an Enchanted Sword... but its magic efficiency is too good, the only human capable of making such an exceptional Enchanted Sword is... ...Gaster Latnile from Karsel, it has to be him. Sez shouted and asked he's the one who created that chimera, what he's planning. Raedi answered who knew, they have a lot of work ahead of them. [18]

Sez said they were up against a chimera made by him, if it wasn't for Raedi, she would've been in danger too. [19]

Sez said right... they'll focus on researching the chimera and the big sword, it's a good opportunity... to find the source of the Archmage's power. Psyche asked him, huh, speaking of, haven't things been chaotic over there. Sez answered she heard they've been battling each other. Someone said he doesn't believe it... ...Libeid, Batran, and Sarbazan had 70,000 allied forces, their enemies had a mere 20,000, how could the four of them... ...compensate for a difference of 50,000 troops... and furthermore corner them, those blasted Dragon Slayers. Pluto looked at the Storm Bringer and shouted ahaha, this is pretty darn good, the magic may be sealed, but the sword itself is well-balanced, who knew dragons could make such an exquisite sword. He said wrong, the sword was created by a dwarf craftsman, the only thing the dragon did was breathe magic into it, yet they still call it a sword made by a dragon, what shameless creatures. Pluto asked ...he, remember his previous sword, he did say he crafted it. He answered yeah, he breathed magic into it, though the blade itself was forged by the royal blacksmith. Pluto said why he's always surrounded by hypocrites. He laughed heartily and said in any case, victory is upon them, with this... ...they can continue their plan. In the barracks, Darios shouted they have yet to catch their leader, if they let them go, it will come back to bite them. Pluto said that's rich coming from Darios, he wasn't supposed to be the honorable Silver Knight who cared about enemy casualties. Darios shouted it's to prevent a future bloodbath. Pluto said that's what he's saying, he doesn't understand Darios' thought process. He shrugged and said they should forget about the enemies, suppressing them now won't guarantee they won't rebel in the future, he's sure they've realized by now that they can't win against them by force. at the very try to start another war, instead, they may seek alternative means, such as... ...assassinating important individuals. Darios asked important individuals... he does mean them four. [19]

He said indeed, with all due respect to Latisse, they saw them as a bigger inconvenience than the king, in other words, as long as they each take precautions, they should be fine, when they fail to assassinate them, they might target the occupying Karsel forces... or perhaps engage in a bit of plundering, in any case, if the leaders stay alive, it's the people of the nation who will suffer the most, once the people have had enough, they'll abandon their partriotism and seek their rule, people prefer a peaceful life over politics and ideology, after all, choosing not to push ahead with the battle... will ultimately put them in a better situation. Vera asked he... ...that's not his idea, it's, it's out of character. He answered Vera got him... it was Princess Ione's idea, she asked to let the leaders go without making it too obvious... Darios said then their next mission is... He said yes. He laughed and shouted it's time for him to enjoy a date with a beautiful lady. He goes to the outside and shouted he hired a gorgeous assistant recently, now that the urgent business is taken care of, he can leave, right, Darios all should rest up too, hahaha. Pluto said lucky him. Someone shouted him. Boras Mountain Fortress, formerly Libeid Kingdom. In the small room, he waved his hand awkwardly and said sorry he's late, she has been waiting long... Lashte. [19]

Lashte said not at all, the Lord, congratulations on his victory. [19]

The blonde woman, Lashte, left the room and closed the door. Lashte thought ...it might be dangerous to keep spying on him, she got enough information out of him anyway. Lashte held something like a feather and thought she has used up most of the Warp Wings too... ...it's time to deliver the report. Yellow air currents began to gather, forming a circle that slowly formed in the air, and the yellow circle soon grew to be almost as large as a person. It was a space portal. Lashte who's already took off her glasses, she handed over a bundle of documents to Aslan and said here's what she found from him. Aslan read the documents and said hmm, the information is a little different from what they knew. Lashte said yes, it appeared that the Almighty Creature and the Super Dragon are different entities, furthermore, the Almighty Creature is not even a dragon to begin with, that meant the mutant dragon is in fact... the Super Dragon. Lashte said once the seal is broken, controlling the Almighty Creature will require... a human soul as catalyst, the Almighty Creature is better understood as a collective will rather than a single entity like a dragon, that is why a human soul is required to act as its central core, in theory, the higher intellect will oversee the weaker ones. Aslan said so... breaking the seal will give them the absolute power of the Almighty Creature, if that's true, then he can't go on using Rake, the instant he acquired this power, he'll betray him, but he doesn't want to get directly involved in something so uncertain... ...there must be special conditions to acquire such remarkable power. Aslan held the documents in his hand and said conditions that even he has yet to discover, he must look into it more, all right, he has gathered enough information for now, Lashte, she may now withdraw from this mission. Lashte was surprised. Aslan said Lashte is not the only spy he has, so let's prioritize safety. Lashte said understand... and her words were blurred. Lashte took out a bunch of feathers and handed them over and said ...in that case, she'll return the Warp Wings. Aslan's brow suddenly furrowed deeply and said hmm. Aslan roughly picked up one of the feathers. Lashte asked Lord Aslan. Aslan said this is... As if by sheer luck, a thunderous explosion rang out and earth-shaking tremors shook the earth from all directions. Lashte was embarrassed and shouted what that was. Aslan said ugh... it's too late, this Warp Wing... may be expertly crafted, but it's a fake, this must be his work, he knew he was being spied on from the start. The night streets of Jergranen are getting darker as the sun sets. Despite the fact that it is still evening, one side of the street is surprisingly bright. This is because an incredibly large fire is rising. [20]

Retrace Spell

Above the main gate of the burning mansion, which greatly contributed to illuminating the darkness of the streets, four humans using Levitation were chatting while looking at the flames. Vera asked he's sure this is the place. He answered he's sure, the remnants of the Retrace Spell are coming from the mansion. [20]

Gaster smirks and answers huh, he did fool around and enjoyed himself, Lashte was a total knockout

Darios asked him do know how shocked he was when he went to fool around with a woman during such urgent times. He smirked and answered huh, he did fool around and enjoyed himself, Lashte was a total knockout. Darios said oh... he saw. He said he let Lashte spy on purpose and leaked limited information, that's what information warfare essentially is. Vera said not bad, him, he's as talented as always. Pluto said if only he would stop acting out of self-interest. He said now, then, let's go meet the generous people... ...who collected the seals for them. Seria said her hiding spot must have been within their magic range, she lost half of her body when she turned into fog, so she restructured her body and ended up as a child... Rake shouted magic, Seria is saying someone cast a spell, but who. Seria said it's him. Rake was surprised. Rake shouted he saw what's going on now... ...that snobby Aslan must have screwed up. Rake thought if the Dragon Slayers are targeting Aslan, then he's done for, they must have taken the seals too. Rake said they're left with only one option, here over to the final destination and wait there. Seria was surprised and shouted what. Seria shouted Rake is suggesting they go to Karstein's lair, that's a suicide mission. Rake said at this rate, the only way to attain the Almighty Creature's power is to intercept the Dragon Slayers when they break the seal, yes, it's dangerous, but a dragon won't bother itself to get rid of just him. Rake shouted dammit, he has come too far to give up. Lashte and Aslan are dead, and he shouted oh, he'd better give them gredit, they had two seals. He said they're the ones who intercepted his mentor, all right, thanked for the gift. Vera said then all that remains is... Someone said yeah. Darios said they're heading to the empire. He said teleporting to the empire from here is too hard, even for him, plus, they still have a ton of things to do when they return. Pluto said Darios did have to be so dramatic. [20]

Karstein was surprised and suddenly muttered that what kind of messed-up fool created this. Arin wondered. After a while, Karstein opened his mouth as if in disbelief that this is... ...the Almighty Creature. Pete was surprised and shouted what, Aria is... this. [21]

Charlene shouted it's an Antigravity spell, but it's so powerful... ...it could be him who's archmage. [22]

The dragons ask Arin should tell them what happened in more detail, what he does mean a meteor hit him and caused him to bleed. Arin answered uh... whose meteor was that again, he was it. Karstein asked him. Kiadrys answered he's one of the humans referred to as the Dragon Slayers who killed Grateus. Arin said yes, it's them, the Dragon Slayers bought him when he was enslaved... ...and threw him off of the third floor, he had to walk through an underground passage covered in blood, then, they blasted holes into his entire body... ...and chased after him relentlessly. Arin was angry and shouted just talking about the Dragon Slayers were making him angry, curse those humans. Karstein said he saw. Extreme anger radiated from Karstein's eyes and he said so that's what happened. Someone said whoever and wherever the Dragon Slayers were... Karstein stood up and said ...the Dragon Slayers messed with the wrong kid, now they'll pay the price for hurting a hatchling. Karstein was so angry that he opened his mouth in a calm voice that representative of their clan... ...he'll execute their family law, any objections. Kiadrys said none, it's their clan's duty. Karstein asked to Yuna that human, which country the Dragon Slayers were from. Karstein urged Yuna on that why she wasn't answering him, she does not know. Someone answered Karsel Kingdom. Karstein and Kiadrys turned their gaze to someone who spoke. Karsenian, who's face as hard as Karstein's, said it's a kingdom of humans located south of Arin's lair. Karstein said she seemed to know about that place, Karsenian, they were fragments of her previous dream, if she has a lingering attachment there due to the dream, then he'll act alone. Karsenian answered firmly that no, she has no lingering attachment whatsoever. Karstein said great. Soon a red light began to appear. Within moments, a huge Warp Gate with a diameter of 9.8 ft (3 meters) appeared before the people's eyes. Suddenly Karstein looked back and said humans, he advised them to revise their map, the Karsel Kingdom will no longer exist. [23]

Libeid district Boras Mountain Fortress. Someone knocked at the door and said him, he's inside, he needed his help with approving the documents, there were too many technical terms. Darios opened the door and asked him. Darios froze as he looked at the scene in the room before his eyes. He moved his body full of passion, his clothes fluttering, his legs moving nonstop, he jumped up and down repeatedly, kicking the floor, making a cheerful sound fill the room, and beads of sweat ran down his skin in his passionate movements, and were scattered into the air again due to the constant shaking. He said hoo, ha, aha. He asked eh, Darios, when he did get here, something did happen. Darios asked what... in the world he was doing right now, tap dance. He answered hahaha, what, this, good question, he's trying to forge a new path in the realm of magic, usually, magic is activated by chanting spells and performing specific hand gestures to direct mana into a conceptual space, the problem is, he has lost an arm, he can no longer use high-level Eighth Circle spells, after much contemplation, he has found a solution. He raised his right foot and shouted triumphantly that if he's missing a hand, then why he doesn't use his feet to activate the spell. Darios looked at him with suspicious eyes. Darios asked so... he was practicing magic just now. He answered nah, he was dancing, he got carried away while practicing. He shouted vigorously that now, he'll be bestowed with another title in addition to his archmage status, he shall be called Gaster Latnile, the Dancing Wizard. At that excited look, Darios barely managed to get one more word out that yes, good luck. He shouted what, Darios don't meant, "Good idea". Darios asked where's Pluto. He asked how he would know, he's probably killing time with Vera somewhere. [24]

Darios jumped up and shouted him, he did feel that as well, just now... He said yes, what is this tremendous force that defies the cosmic order... ...also, that's where... He rushed and shouted ...goddammit. He ran with a deathly pale face and said Darios should call Pluto and Vera, they're heading to Karsel. [25]

He spread out his hands and said it's not working, the Warp Gate won't open, he can't set his coordinates. Darios said that does mean... He said yes, as they feared... ...a calamity has befallen Serkarsel. He shouted for now, he'll teleport them to the Al Kreed Mountains, from there, they'll head to Karsel. Pluto said crap. A large circle was created, connecting space and space, and someone said not even the almighty he can afford to show off in this situation, huh. [2]

A light flashed through the dim forest deep in the mountains where people were sparsely present. Darios asked this is... the Al Kreed Mountains. He answered yes. Vera looked around. He said it used to be a village practicing slash-and-burn agriculture, however, the entire place was set on fire to cut off trade with Batran, and he teleported based on what he remembered. Vera asked ...a village... he said. Someone said there were no traces of a village here. Darios had a pensive expression and thought if he can teleport to a village that no longer existed... ...what's preventing him from locating the coordinates for Serkarsel. He spoke in a firm tone that let's keep going, once they get over this hill, they'll be able to see Karsel. They walked slowly. After a while, his expression hardened. Darios asked him, what's wrong, why he did suddenly... ...stop... Darios opened his eyes wide. Pluto asked huh... they did take the wrong path, why there's... ...an ocean here. He cried out in horror and trembling that dragons... ...their power is beyond imagination... Suddenly a rustling sound was heard in the grass and someone appeared. [26]

He who had been staring at him from afar, shouted urgently Latisse. He grabbed him by the collar, shook him and shouted what happened, answer him, Latisse. Latisse had a dead expression, devoid of any trace of life and muttered it was her... He shouted her... what Latisse do mean, he should explain so he can understand. Suddenly Latisse burst into laughter that ha. Latisse let out a strange noise, a mixture of vanity and madness, almost like crying that hahaha... ...ahahaha. He gritted his teeth and looked blank and asked goodness... what Latisse have endured. He was astonished and asked ha, so that's what it was, that's why Latisse is so out of it, huh. He shouted snap out of it, Latisse dazed fool. Pluto said him, that's quite harsh considering what his majesty went through. He shouted he should wake up, Latisse, this is how the King of a nation should act. Only then did he respond quietly, in a cold, cynical, self-deprecating, vain voice. Latisse said Karsel is gone, how he could still be king. He grabbed Latisse by the collar again and shouted he represent Karsel, it's where he was and wherever he go, it survived solely through him, why he's acting like he has lost it all just because some land sunk into the ocean, why he's playing the saint all of a sudden, he used to be a ruthless and cunning ruler, more heartless than anyone else. Latisse muttered with tears in his eyes that he lost her... ...she was everything to him. Latisse collapsed and said now, he has lost everything... His expression twisted into a sinister grimace and said he should listen up, Latisse. His voice turned into a scream that Batran and Libeid now belong to the Karsel Kingdom, Latisse still have vast land and thousands of troops under his command, he even has the most powerful swordsman and mage of the mage on the continent by his side, he has not lost everything yet. He shouted he should come to his senses, Latisse, if he was the king of archmage, a master of the Nineth Circle, then he should prove that he was worthy of ruling over him. He spoke firmly that he should answer him, Latisse, he does wish to lose him. A flash of emotion flashed through Latisse's blank eyes. Latisse said he can't let that happen... ...he doesn't be so harsh on him, him, he knew what must be done... Latisse raised his head. A smile appeared on Latisse's lips and his eyes were bright and said ...he wasn't putting too much pressure on someone... who has experienced the power of a dragon right before their eyes, still, he has helped him come to his senses a little. A smile of relief appeared on his lips and asked Latisse has finally regained control of himself. They set up a campsite by lighting a bonfire in an empty lot. Breaking the deep silence, Latisse suddenly called out to him that he hasn't fully returned as his king yet, nevertheless, he must give this one order. A shadow fell over Latisse's face and he ordered he should hurry and finish collecting the seals of the Almighty Creature, revive the creature so they can wipe the dragons out, eradicate them once and for all so that nothing like this ever happened again. Suddenly a deep furrow formed between Latisse's eyebrows and said the creature should end the dragons all... ...so that humans... were no longer subject to their taunting. It was a vacant lot near a hill overlooking the Karsel Kingdom, which had become the sea, when the moon was rising high in the sky. On top of the hill, under the pure white moonlight, Darios said to him that every time he gaze upon that deep blue sea, his ears ache, it's as if the souls of the departed were echoing endlessly, resonating through the world, even in such a situation, he's bound by the ghost of a nonexistent past. He said until he can undo this old knot, he'll be haunted by that sound, tormented endlessly, it's the price of their sins, after all. Darios turned his head and asked what he'll do now, him. He answered first, let's head over to the Batran Kingdom, everything has been arranged for them to cross over to the empire. Darios was surprised and asked cross over... to the empire. He answered correct, he made the necessary preparations in case something like this were to happen... ...though this wasn't the fate he had envisioned for them. Darios said very well, they can receive the rest of the seals from the empire. He said it won't be easy, the empire is formidable. Darios said it doesn't matter. Darios said now, they have a chance... ...while the souls of the departed echo endlessly in his ears. [27]

Someone said ah... Rohinas sipped tea at a small table on an outdoor terrace with a view of the garden and asked ...what brought them all the way here, to ask for Gaias and Zaedrasil. For the audience, the Dragon Slayers were disarmed and surrounded by dozens of guards, and Vera was wearing shackles around her wrists. Darios said he leave the Dragon Slayers with no choice... ...his majesty. Suddenly, the purple shackles on Vera's wrists shattered into pieces. The guards were surprised to saw Vera and shouted the shackles sealing her magic... Someone said as the Dragon Slayers expected, they failed to reach a negotiation. Darios said unfortunately... ...the Dragon Slayers will have to take the guards by force. [28]

He looked as if he found it curious and asked his majesty put all kinds of measures in place... ...but he did really think these guards could put up a good fight, he has got some nerve, or he does have something backing him up. Rohinas chuckled and said he was all clearly strong, however, the empire is not weak, they also have plenty of people with such power. As if those words were a signal, a light appeared behind Rohinas. He was surprised. Sez and Psyche appeared behind his back. Someone said here they're, the greatest mages in the empire, the Four Sorcerers. Raedi also appeared. Vera was surprised and shouted the Four Sorcerers, but there were only three of them. His brow furrowed and said why the Four Sorcerers were here, he heard they never leave Idelon unless a natural disaster occers. The leisurely expression on his face disappeared and he thought at the very least, those hags have twice as much experience as him, it'll be difficult to take them down with one hand. Rohinas said let him also introduce the Dragon Slayers to... ...the greatest Sword Master in the empire, he was the mentor of Largo, whom they killed, Lord Arkin. The white-haired old swordsman pulled out the long sword at his waist. Arkin muttered as if he found it amusing, looking at his opponents that then... it's four against four. Raedi said perfect, they each get one. A smile appeared on his lips for a moment and he said well, then, who will take on who. At that moment, a dry voice came out of his mouth, who had been standing still, and caught the Dragon Slayers that wrong. Darios said it's four against one. He was puzzled and asked huh, Darios. Pluto was also embarrassed and shouted hey, Darios, at least take his sword with him. A deep furrow formed between Pluto's eyebrows and he shouted Darios naive fool... ...he doesn't tell him he's still insisting on taking it out. Darios' muttering cut through the air that that's not it, it's just that... ...the Dragon Slayers have no time to waste. [29]

He grinned, holding out his palm towards Rohinas and said he regret to inform him, his majesty, that he cannot leave midway, they've a negotiation to complete, remember. Rohinas' complexion turned pale. Rohinas shouted in anger that the audacity... ...knew their place, they arrogant fools. Someone shouted they should come, Rooster Knights. From above, a group of knights, heavily armed in ornate armor, descended fiercely. Rohinas shouted he thought Lord Arkin and the Four Sorcerers would be enough to take the Dragon Slayers down, since that's not the case, he'll do everything in his power to kill them all. Almost simultaneously, mages began to fly in from all over the palace. He said mages. Another shouted there were ten Master-level mages in the sky... ...and twenty Sword Masters on land, try as the Dragon Slayers might, the four of them don't stand a chance against this power. He looked up at the sky and grumbled that the Dragon Slayers certainly seem to be in a fix now, the empire have more Sword Masters than the Six Nations Alliance of Heid combined. He said if only he had both arms, he could've done something about it... A soft murmur escaped Darios' lips that him, he'll leave the sky to him. He said all right, Darios sholud leave it to him, it's up to the mages to battle in the air. his body suddenly soared into the air. And at the same time, Darios' flesh transformed into silver lines once again. After settling into the air, he looked around and saw the Masters glaring at him with tense faces. He smiled awkwardly and said let's see... ten mages again, huh, but last time, he had both arms, he can't give away another arm this time, oh, dear... A mage shouted Archmage, it's an honor to meet the greatest mage on the continent, however, they too were hailed as Masters, defeating them will not be easy. He mocked and said hailed as Masters, they call fledgling mages of the Seventh Circle Masters, don't group a genius like him with them. Another mage shouted ugh, w-well, that's... The other mage shouted another mage is fool, he doesn't answer him, he's provoking them on purpose. He held out his palm and said was a little taunting enough to shake the mages up, that's what he'd expect from people who spend all their time studying magic in the tower, this might be easier than he thought. He shouted Gaster's Flare. The imperial mages were confused and a mage shouted what's that magic. He said it with great pride that it's not as effective, but the spell has been modified for quick use with one hand, it's a special spell crafted just for him. He shouted Gaster's Ray, Gaster's Blizzard, Gaster's Touch. One of the female imperial mages cried out in astonishment that each spell is named in his own honor... how obnoxious, what even is Gaster's Touch. A mage shouted but it's nonetheless incredible, it's a new form of magic, he lowered his guard since he's now missing an arm. Another mage shouted f-focus on defense for now, they'll hold out until he got tired. His face lighted up and said an endurance contest, how typical, if only the mages weren't up against him, let him show them his new form. He said Gaster, the Dancing Wizard. A mage shouted oh no. Another mage shouted the mages should hurry and stop him from dancing. One of the female imperial mages shouted he's drawing a magic circle with his feet. He put both feet in the air and played around like crazy. He said in a confident voice that it's too late, the mages fools, they should eat this, it's a Nineth Circle spell... In an instant, a huge light appeared and spread out, engulfing the mages. He continued with a loud shout that Eliminate Element. A huge sphere of light engulfed part of the palace and spread vast brilliance in all directions. He spouted his monologue in the brilliant light that utter destruction, this spell won't even leave behind dead bodies, thank goodness those mages barely had any combat experience. He turned to the ground and said all right, he'd better hurry and go help Darios... He looked at the situation on the ground and was surprised and asked huh... Someone said ...Darios was already done. Darios was standing near the corpses of Rooster Knights strewn everywhere. [30]

Charlene was surprised and shouted impossible, no human could possibly have done that... Then Karsenian and Kiadrys made strange expressions as if they had guessed something and he asked there's one human, right. Karsenian answered no other human held a candle to them, although they were never this powerful before... [28]

In the Lartead Mountains, the Dragon Slayers set up a defensive barrier and moved cautiously. Suddenly Vera asked with concern that he's sure Karstein is away, if he's wrong, then it's all over for them. He said Vera don't worry, his source is reliable, dragons leave their lair more often than she might think, that's why they appoint a Guardian endowed with their power to protect the lair, and the guardian protecting Karstein's lair is... ...his Master, Terold Croword. Pluto was surprised and shouted his ancestor. Pluto was surprised and shouted his ancestor is Karstein's guardian, no wonder he called Karstein his Lord... He said about 200 years ago, Terold Croword was a wandering lich when he caught Karstein's attention, well, he was talented, though not as much as him. In an instant, Darios' complexion changed and asked guardians don't show unwavering loyalty to the dragons, they can really trust Terold Croword. He answered Darios know why guardians pledge loyalty to dragons, becoming a guardian does not involve mental manipulation such as Mind Control, guardians cannot defy dragons simply because their lives were on the line, his Master's life was driven by only one purpose, he'd sacrifice his life just to erase the existence of those who toyed with him, he understand his fury more than anyone else... ...which is why he can trust him. For a moment, Vera's eyes flashed. He said there it's, Karstein's lair. The entrance to a huge cave came into view. The Dragon Slayers stepped into the cave, but it was surprisingly bright inside. As they went deeper, instead of getting darker, the soft red light grew stronger. Another was puzzled and asked it's enormous... ...why it does seem brighter inside the cave than outside, there were lamps set up or something. Pluto was surprised and asked hmm. Some things appeared and growled grrr... The lizards appeared. He said the guardian isn't the only thing here, he heard the dragon's lair is swarming with monsters. A lizard rushed at the Dragon Slayers. He raised his hand, created a magic circle and said as long as they're not a dragon... ...they're no match for them. He said Gaster's Ray. An explosion occurred on the slope of the volcano in the distance. Someone looked blank and said an explosion... The other smiled brightly and said look who's finally shown up. Rake said to Seria that the Dragon Slayers. [31]

He said according to his master, it's around here, there should be something like a cave across a lava lake. Vera was surprised. Another asked him, that's it. Across the lava lake was something like a dark cave. Someone answered aha, yes, that's exactly it, the way to the sealed creature. Someone asked but how... ...they're supposed to get there. It's good that the Dragon Slayers found their way, but the way led across this huge lava lake. He said the Dragon Slayers can't use flight magic, the mana currents were so erratic that there's a risk of the spell being disrupted midway. Someone said everyone, they should step aside, he'll deal with this by force. He started dancing and said here came a Nineth Circle spell. Vera was desperate, but the others seemed to think it was because they had gotten used to it by now, so Pluto said she just ignore him, Vera, she doesn't let it get to her. Finally his dance ended and a loud cheer erupted that turn everything into ice, Absolute Zero. A bitter cold near absolute zero rose up, turned into a thick ice fog, and poured into the lava lake and nothing happened. Pluto, who had been expecting some great magic, opened his eyes wide and glared at him. He bewildered and responded that it looked like magic doesn't work on lava, perhaps Karstein tampered with it. Darios stepped forward and said he'll give it a try. He turned his head to Darios. As Darios stared into the lava lake with a hardened face, brilliant particles of light slowly gathered in his palm, forming a dazzling silver flash, which then transformed into a single, gigantic sword of light. The light struck the lake, and with a tremendous explosion, the Silver Aura was embedded in the surface of the lava lake. As the lava that came into direct contact with the Silver Aura rapidly cooled, the lake split open and a high wall of flame appeared on both sides of the receding lava. He was surprised. What remains is a vast lava lake split in two, with a straight road running through its center. He, Pluto, and Vera were dumbfounded as they watched the giant red land appear, and someone spoke to his bewildered companions that even if the mana is unstable, there shouldn't be a problem going down now, let's go. He exhaled. Pluto asked they did enter the cave just now. He answered yes, after crossing a vast lava lake. Someone asked so why there's a frozen temple here. The frozen temple's elaborately carved ice walls and ceiling were constantly sparkling, and the two rows of pillars stretching out into the distance also sparkled. He asked Karstein did freeze this place right next to the scorching hot lake on purpose, but why, it's such a waste. Another said dragons were such mysterious creatures. Darios said he doesn't even want to know what goes inside the dragons' brains, let's keep going. Darios and his party began to advance deeper into the temple, step by step. Darios and his party walked and walked along the long corridors of the temple. An endless, truly endless corridor stretching between two rows of silver pillars. Pluto said had he known about this place, he'd had dressed more warmly, and it'd be less boring if at least something popped out... He said Pluto doesn't lower his guard, he should stay alert, Karstein's lair is bound to have more in store for them. Suddenly, from the other side of the snow corridor, white snow crystals mixed with strong winds began to swirl towards the Dragon Slayers. He was surprised and shouted that's... Soon the blizzard cleared around the Dragon Slayers, the wind died down, and beyond them a terrifyingly large, dark shadow appeared. Soon, a penguin appeared, its head nearly 66 ft (20 meters) high and its body circumference at least 49 ft (15 meters). Vera's eyes sparkled and screamed a penguin, oh her gosh, it's so cute. At that moment, the penguin's truly deep and majestic voice rang out, almost telepathically that lowly beings, this is a sacred place forbidden to humans, it's not too late to turn back. Immediately, the penguin took a deep breath, sucking in a deep breath of cold air and his chest heaving greatly. Someone said ...very well, all that awaits the humans were absolute death. His expression hardened with tension. He shouted everyone, they should take cover behind him, Vera, she should put up a shield immediately. Soon the penguin's mouth changed into a diamond shape. And a silver pillar extended from between the penguin's mouth and he shouted it's blasting a breath. A single silver flash engulfed the cold air and poured down on the Dragon Slayers, and the fierce cold roughly scratched the magic field, and in an instant, huge pillars of ice rose up in all directions. Eventually, he and Vera's shields were broken and he said urgh... ...its attack was strong enough to break the entire shield. The penguin said this time, he'll go all out. He asked that wasn't its best attack just now, just what's that penguin. Once again the penguin's message resounded majestically that he's a creature forged by the supreme power of the great ancient dragon, Lord Karstein... ...Perileus the seal keeper. [32]

Pluto asked if they carry on like this, they won't survive for long, how much longer do they go on for, him. He looked visibly exhausted and he answered he can't say, he get the feeling this space is distorted. He sighed and said it's been about 12 hours since they entered, they must've walked at least 25 to 30 miles, not including the time they stopped to battle, but considering the geography, walking for that long is impossible, the space is probably warped, which meant this passage is actually less than a mile long. Darios said that's not the only strange thing. Darios looking at the wall and muttered this place... ...why they did make a path here, why would any dragon feel a need to create a path meant for humans. He was silent. Vera said good point, it's certainly strange. He said it's concerning, but that's not important right now, let's keep going. He said they've no idea what's on the other side. He drew out mana and said so let's approach this carefully. After a while, the Dragon Slayers arrived at a place where a bridge connected to the ground and led to a huge, almost vast, hollow space that seemed to be at least several hundred meters in diameter. Floating in the middle of this vast space was an enormous obelisk that could not be seen at a glance, and dozens of small caves similar to the ones the Dragon Slayers had passed through were evenly distributed throughout the outer wall, and were connected to it by small bridges. He said dragons were incredible indeed, they used space fixation, so that space itself would support this bridge and the obelisk. Pluto asked he can't do it too, him. He answered it's possible, but not for thousands of years. A strange look appeared in his eyes as he looked around. He said they're here... Finally, Darios and his party reached the top of the pier leading to the obelisk. He cried out in excitement that hahaha, it looked just like the references he has seen, so this is it, it's where the Almighty Creature is sealed. He shouted with this, they can safely confirm that Grateus' records can be trusted, there's just one thing left to do, initiate the ritual to revive the Almighty Creature. He spread out one hand and spoke to his party that now, then... ...let's awaken the Almighty Creature. [33]

He placed the first jewel in its designated position and muttered Parousia, the seal of the Second Coming, find its place. A purple glow rose from the obelisk and made a strange noise. Vera and Pluto's expressions changed slightly in surprise. Still cautious, he put down the second jewel and muttered Liegis, the seal of Destruction, find its place, and this time, a green light spread out. His movements became quicker and he put down the third jewel and muttered Gaias, the seal of the Body, find its place, and this time, a yellow light spread out. He put down the fourth jewel and muttered Zaedrasil, the seal of the Mana, find its place, and this time, a red light spread out. His mouth opened and a soft spell slowly flowed out that he hereby awaken the ancient destruction, long forgotten and hidden from the world... Someone shouted ...the being that is everything and nothing... ...a web of lies and truth. One of his arms flashed and a scream burst from his mouth that using the supreme power... ...he hereby awaken the slumbering creature. Four pillars of light spread out in all directions, creating a vortex of light. Instead of dodging, he stood upright and let out a loud roar as if he was truly delighted that ha, hahaha, the Dragon Slayers did it, bahaha, all they need now is a soul to stir the Almighty Creature awake. Vera's expression changed strangely and asked him a worrying question that what happened if the Dragon Slayers become the soul of the Almighty Creature, they can still go back to being human, right. His answer was calm and composed that who knew, he hasn't researched what came after. Vera was surprised and asked he doesn't know. Darios' complexion changed in an instant and shouted wait, him, he did say becoming the soul of the Almighty Creature won't pose a problem, what does it matter that they attain power, strength, and wisdom surpassing that of dragons... if they must give up on being human forever. He bit his teeth and said that's exactly why he told Darios it wouldn't be a problem. He smiled almost mockingly, his one hand suddenly raised into the air, and shouted confidently that how is becoming something other than a human a problem... ...when Darios can become one with the almighty power, that's worth trying even if it meant putting his life on the line. Pluto, who had been watching him, replied that he's lusting for power even iat the cost of his own life, well, ordinary people don't think like that, there's a reason mages get treated like fanatics. He calmly stretched out his hand in front of him, and a confident voice flowed from his mouth that the final ritual began now, as qualified beings, they've arrived... ...to grant reason to it, a body without a soul. His one hand waved in the air and he grinned and shouted with all his might that here him, disastrous creation burdened with the weight of the cosmos... ...open its eyes, Eldicreature, the Almighty Being. A brilliant light emanated from Eldicreature. An eerie flash of light began to flash before the eyes of Darios and his party. It seemed to him that it wasn't just an unpleasant ending and he said ...it must be judging their souls, perhaps too many of them were qualified. Pluto's expression darkened as he listened to his words and shouted what, he was saying this was a random draw, he doesn't want to become the soul of the Almighty Creature. Naturally, his curt response followed that he'd hate to give this opportunity to anyone else either. A voice with unexpected content was heard that declined. For a moment, Pluto's expression changed strangely. Someone shouted this is... ...the voice of the Almighty Creature. Vera was startled and asked he did said that Eldicreature has no intellect. He answered it's simply playing back a kind of stored consciousness, so it's not exactly intellect. His face turned pale and asked more importantly... ...Vera did hear that. The majestic voice rang out once again, containing more detailed information that they've all been rejected, none of them were qualified. He looked embarrassed and asked what, how came. In that moment, a mad scream burst out of his mouth that the Dragon Slayers have the strongest swordsman and mage on earth among them, how could any human be stronger than that, if they weren't qualified, then who was. Someone asked huh, oh dear, the seal was broken already. Another answered yeah, the seal was broken. Someone asked that does mean they're in big trouble. Karstein answered not at all, he told her those bastards will never succeed in getting what they want. Karstein looked at Darios and his party with an expression that said he knew this would happen and said the Dragon Slayers were simply not qualified. He was embarrassed and thought Red Dragons. Darios thought Gaster's experiment... ...Arin... ...and... Karsenian spoke in a soft, eerie voice that the humans lowly nortals. Karsenian's deep eyes were tinged with contempt and continued the humans treated her child so kindly, now, it's time to pay the price. [34]

In the recollection, Latisse said it was her... ...Sernian. He thought he knew what to expect... ...but seeing it firsthand was even more shocking, so that's the real Queen Sernian, Red Dragon Karsenian, the Demonic Dragon of Sarbazan. Absolute power fell upon him without him being able to put up any resistance. With tears of blood streaming down the corners of his eyes, and with his insides shattered in agony, he looked at Karstein and thought ha... ...this was it, even though the Dragon Slayers consider themselves to be the strongest among the humans... ...a single word was all it took for them to fall apart, this was the difference between dragons and humans. [35]

Vera, he and Pluto were lying sprawled out like corpses, but Darios stood there with his eyes sharply raised. Darios answered Karsenian seriously that he can't dodge her attack anyway... and even if he could... ...he'll not leave his friends when they're still alive. Darios thought his sword failed to protect anything, the least he can do... ...was to try and protect their lives. He sat there helpless. He asked Ancient Dragon, he doubt the Elder Karstein will keep his promise of sparing the Dragon Slayers, he could at least answer his question before they died. He opened his mouth in a surprisingly calm voice that there's one thing he's dying to know, just why they weren't qualified. A deep sneer appeared on Karstein's lips and he chuckled and said Gaster's friend died and he's in danger, that's really all he has to say, fine, he'll tell him, becoming the soul of the Almighty Creature required only one thing, he must be a pure human untarnished by the flow of mana. His expression was distorted and thought goddammit... ...that's it. Gaster thought a pure human... in other words, an ordinary person who cannot wield mana, humans who use mana cannot become the soul of the Almighty Creature, however, it would be impossible for a human who cannot use mana to get here, this explained why they were so calm even with it right in front of them. A laugh escaped Karstein's mouth and he said that did answer his question... ...human mage, now then... [36]

At this time, Vera ran, holding he and Pluto in both hands and he shouted ...her. Vera frustrated, urged on him that there's no time to cast a Healing spell, any ideas, at this rate, the Dragon Slayers will all die. He, who had been lying there half-dead, answered in a slow voice that just... dodge... Vera shouted in a shrill voice that crap, it's that a given. [37]

There were two screens divided in half with the center at the center, and on either side of them, there was he and his group panting under a tree, and on the other side, there was Pete and his group staring blankly at the sky on a hill. Rake muttered those filth, he existed to annihilate all that's impure, another him will bring them to him. Pluto gasped. Pluto shouted in disbelief at the nine-and-a-half-foot-wide (3 meters) chunks of flesh covered in hideous tissue blocking his view that damn, what the hell was that, just when he was feeling somewhat recovered. He said speaking as a mage, they're most likely parts of the Almighty Creature. Pluto shouted he doesn't have to be a mage to know that. The two particles of Eldicreature that Pluto had split in two earlier began to slowly reattach themselves and he was embarrassed, shouted they regenerate too. He sighed and opened his mouth that Vera, she should summon something, anything. He said the particles of Eldicreature have neither eyes nor noses, meaning they detect other creatures by mana, the Dragon Slayers can throw them off by summoning monsters made of mana. Vera said got it. A faint voice of joy flowed out of Rake's mouth that well, well, well, they go back a long way. Eldicreature asked why he doesn't face the Dragon Slayers himself. [38]

In Dreams

The Creature

In 704 AC, 400 years after Karsearin was sealed, Arin woke up from his dream due to the plot of him, he went berserk with only his immense hatred for the human race and committed a massive massacre, burning half of all living things on the continent in one day. This incident had a huge impact on the world, such as the destruction of the Sarasnein Empire, which had a highly developed magical civilization, and because of this, Karsearin became famous as the 'Demonic Dragon Karsearin', making the notoriety that had been nothing more than a rumor until then a reality. After the birth of the human race, the culture, history, magic, and architecture that humans had created over the eons disappeared, and the world was reset, and although the temples and priests maintain human society in seven small countries, but even that has degenerated into a complete cultural decline compared to before the fall of the Sarasnein Empire. In addition, he intentionally released anti-magic power throughout the world to prevent humans from using magic and Sword Aura, so most races except for dragons were unable to use them. An unknown great sage appeared and defeated Karsearin with the help of his colleagues. Karsearin fled to the western side of the continent and ended up on the border of the far western region. After that, Karsearin's last cry became a powerful evil power that separated the border from the continent and covered everything in darkness to protect himself. The unknown great sage sealed Karsearin with a powerful barrier surrounding the land and called it 'Demon Within Esrmund'. According to later legend, creatures emerged from the blood Karsearin shed at this time and began to attack people, but the truth behind them was different. [39]

Terboas said tsk, that person was going too far, if he was going to do it, why he didn't just cast a survival spell on his entire body, why he did only cast it on his head, ugh... the girl even stabbed his arms and thighs all over the place... The woman said anyway, Terboas should report to the person, it's boring here, now. Terboas said that he agreed. Terboas nodded and lightly stomped his paws toward one side of the cave. The wall of the cave cracked open with a groan, revealing a dazzling square crystal. Terboas said, well... Terboas approached the crystal and recited a spell for a moment. Then Terboas and the woman sat down in front of it. The crystal glowed and projected an image of a figure onto them. As soon as the opponent saw Terboas, he smiled happily and said. He said hoo, Terboas, he saw he contacted him, so he guessed he's done. The one who appeared with a deep voice was a brown-haired, middle-aged mage wearing black robes. Terboas, the lesser dragon of the Black Clan, bowed his head. And Terboas answered the opponent with the utmost respect. Terboas said of course, Sir, it was handled well. [40]

Arin walked slowly along the long corridor lined with huge pillars. There was no need for Arin to rush to report on something as simple as him. Who would dare to rush Arin? Arin was already the absolute. Arin thought well, tell him to wait a bit, okay, he'll come here on his own, how can this be for a day or two. Arin said yeah, let's go. In the center of the Hall of Creation, one of the grand halls of Glaseburg, Arin's original destination, a middle-aged mage with brown hair was stamping his feet and grumbling. He asked why Mr. Karsearin didn't come after ordering this guy to do something, he's still asleep. He was the greatest mage on earth (among humans, after all), the one who lived the longest (of course among humans), and the greatest intellectual born of humanity (well, he definitely has a lot of knowledge), widely praised for hundreds of years as the great mage. He said and Mr. Karsearin was struggling in a half-asleep state, huh, he should go rescue him. He raised his hand while muttering. At his gesture, a circle was drawn in the air and a black current began to form. It had already been a thousand years since he had cast off the constraints of being human. For the current him, there were no longer any restrictions on magic. The magic of will that was only possible for the dragons, the greatest race. Without any spells or activation of stimuli, he was creating a portal to space transfer in the air with just will. He said how old Mr. Karsearin was and still struggling in his dreams, tsk tsk. He kept his mouth shut, grumbling. If he think about it, he was the one who made Karsearin struggle in his dreams. Even if him, couldn't he be so shameless as to mock a being who suffered because of his actions? How could that be? Even the most shameless of humans would be able to bow their heads if the other person had the power to easily destroy him. He said he can't help it since he's not the one who's going to talk back right now, ugh. Finally, the air current created a black passage. He walked without hesitation. He left a soft word that slightly relieved his complaint. He said well, since he started it to have fun, maybe it didn't matter. He asked incredulously. He asked again. Garken answered politely. Garken answered again. The two looked at each other and exchanged bitter smiles. He muttered, clicking his tongue. He said why Mr. Karsearin do always make and break things, and with the same menu. The cause of this fat conversation was a woman, or to be precise, parts of that woman, who Garken was transferring to a bowl. The place they were standing was Arin’s bedroom. To be precise, a corner of the red carpet there. As expected from a window with plenty of sunlight, the red blood was shining brightly, revealing the madness of the person who committed this act. After putting all the pieces of the body into a container, Garken sighed and looked at him. Garken asked why on earth Mr. Karsearin would do this. He couldn't answer. Of course, he knew the reason. It was just that he found it difficult to answer. He smiled naturally and changed the subject. He said it could be that the guy liked virgins, and that's why he changed them to new ones every hot night after after cause something problematic... Garken shouted him. Garken's sharp voice echoed through the air. He said just kidding, kidding, yikes, with that temper of Garken's... He laughed and trailed off. This was Glaseburg. With his boundless magical power, he could float a huge landmass of tens of miles (tens of kilometers) into the sky 1.86 miles (3,000 meters) above sea level, the stronghold of Elder Dragon Lord Karsearin. There was no place in this vast land that was not under Karsearin's authority. Naturally, to all beings living here, the name Karsearin was sacred. The ash-haired boy, Garken, was one of them. Garken looked at him and barely lowered his angry voice as he opened his mouth. Garken said he hoped he doesn't put Mr. Karsearin in the same category as low-quality humans like him. He said well, let's do that. Surprisingly, he passed it off calmly. In fact, the fact that Garken dared to yell at him, and not even use his honorifics, is an insubordination that cannot be excused even if he's beaten to death. Garken also realized this and hesitated as he lowered his head. Garken said please he forgive his rudeness... But he really looked calm. He said Garken don't worry, he has seen guys like you as four-digit numbers, well, just live like a dog, wagging his tail. ... Garken was not sure if he was really calm. Anyway, he looked around the room and changed the subject. But if Mr. Karsearin was already up, where on earth he did go. Unless Mr. Karsearin was struggling in his dreams, and it's been a while since he went to see him, where on earth he did go. Garken looked like he had a clue. Garken asked it could be that place. He also muttered as if he had guessed. He said um, this was the place. He turned around. He left a word that clearly showed his annoyance. He said woo, he doesn't want to meet those guys... [41]

At one point of the palace garden, a black sphere began to form in the empty space in one corner of the garden. The sphere soon vomited out a man. A middle-aged mage with brown hair and black robes, it was, needless to say, the archmage. He asked huh, what's the snow. As soon as he took a step, he frowned. It was summer, a hot season when even the occasional haze would rise on nice days. But why this place was covered in snow everywhere and the cold wind was blowing. He said it must have been those brats doing it, anyway, where this gentleman was. He muttered as if it was nothing and looked around. At the end of the stairs, he saw a red-haired young man reading a book in his hand with a bright voice. The man also saw fourteen children huddled together like chicks sitting next to their mother. The young man was so beautiful that he couldn't believe he was human (although he wasn[t actually human) and the boys and girls were so cute. It was truly a beautiful scene, like a painting. But... He thought oh his... they're all gathered together... He didn't seem to want to see anything beautiful. Suddenly, his gaze turned to the sky. He let out a mutter in defeat. He said if this happens... If she came, he'll be able to avoid trouble... hey, why she wasn't coming. Someone asked the two did really live happily ever after. Another asked the hero didn't cheat. The other said when the demon king locked the princess up, he must have paid a lot of attention to her beauty. A dragon said usually, a princess would look terrible after being tied up for three days... Another dragon said and there was also the bathroom issue. The other dragon said maybe the hero had a strange taste. A hatchling said the hero might have fallen in love with the princess' appearance while she was chained up. Another hatchling said later, when the princess got older, the hero will definitely cheat. The other hatchling said men were supposed to be attracted to chicks. Arin's smile disappeared. After a while, Arin forced himself to smile again. It was hard to tell if it was Arin's smile or his distorted facial lines. When he thought he had managed to form a smile, Arin frowned and asked. Arin asked who... taught them that. The children answered in unison as if they were singing a song. The children answered it's him. He had to smile at even the most unpleasant people in front of him. He waved his hand with a soft expression that seemed friendly. He said hey, he's here... It was the moment when he looked straight at Arin's face. He asked ...but, why Arin's expression like that. His expression changed strangely. Arin, who had been bright and kind just a moment ago, was glaring at him with scary eyes. Arin said he's very welcome. And Arin's only words were in a low, angry voice. He had a strong feeling that he had come to the wrong place. He asked huh. To hide his embarrassment, he scratched the back of his head with the hand he had raised and asked. He asked what happened. A smile formed on Arin's lips. Unlike before, it was a very natural, murderous smile. Arin said he taught the kids something good. He blinked and looked at Arin. He asked good, him. Arin suppressed his anger at the sight of him. At least, Arin should have told him why he had to get beaten up. Arin's voice rang out clearly over the quiet snowfield. Arin said what did the kids just say... Arin said ...that's right, what he does think. he tilted his head again as he looked at Arin who finished his explanation. What's wrong with that? He asked it isn't that just ordinary wisdom for living in the world, why that's. Arin said huh, really. As soon as he finished speaking, a red aura began to rise from Arin's entire body like a bonfire in a remote mountain cabin. He moaned ugh. He groaned and quickly got into a defensive stance. Since the target of that red aura was clearly him, how could he not focus on defense? He thought damn it, this is why serving a crazy person as his boss made his body suffer, that's a mortal sin that Arin was so desperate to live like that. But he already knew how volatile the young man in front of him was. Judging from his experience so far, there was a high possibility that he would die a violent death for no reason. He thought there was also an experience where he showed a strange picture to the kids before and his lower body was completely blown away by Arin. For some reason, he was feeling sad for no reason, but now his priority was to survive. Even though he had infinite lifespan and immortality and endless regenerative abilities due to the Eldicreature's body tissue, he would bleed when he was stabbed and it would hurt if he bled. Fortunately, however, his suffering had not yet begun. The children shouted wow, it's him. The kids all cheered and ran towards him. Arin, who had suddenly become a fifth wheel, muttered as he looked at the kids, slightly disappointed and slightly surprised. Arin asked the children do like him that much. The children answered of course. The children's response was firm. Someone said he'll quickly heal even if he stab him with a knife. Another said he will quickly come back to life even if he cook him with fire. The other said he will melt with acid and after a while, he'll return to his original state, squishy. A dragon said he was really amazing. Another dragon said how fun it would be if he played with him. Arin said oh, that, that's right... Arin's gaze moved to him. There, Arin saw a pitiful middle-aged man trying to force a smile on his distorted expression. It was the moment when all of Arin's murderous look disappeared. Arin said ...okay, let's talk about work. How would he feel to receive a gaze full of the meaning of 'Oh, poor human...' from the being that just a moment ago tried to kill him? He muttered, his shoulders slumping. He said ...let's do that. Surrounded by children, Arin looked at him and made a silent gesture. Although it was a bit delayed, Arin had not forgotten his original purpose. However, he did not immediately bring up the matter. He said um, but... He muttered as if he was curious as he looked around. He asked Eorin, she still hasn't come. Arin asked Eorin. Arin's eyebrows furrowed strangely. Arin answered that irresponsible auntie who leaves all the kids to him and went out to play without him knowing should not come here. At that moment, a high and sharp voice was heard from behind the back of the dormitory. Eorin shouted who's the auntie, who's. Arin asked huh. Eorin turned her head in surprise. Across the hallway, a black-haired woman appeared between the darkness of the marble pillars. Eorin was a peerless beauty with lightly flowing black hair and a tight black leather outfit that clung to her entire body, making her figure stand out even more. [1]
