Chicken Circle (チキンサークル) is a gamble in the Kakegurui Midari manga. It is used to decide if Tooame, Kururudo and Shagatake will be allowed to join the Beautification Council. Naoe Habakiri is their opponent and Ayame Nureba also plays at her side. Midari Ikishima acts as the dealer.
Rules
The game is played with a deck of 30 cards, a special circular board and a token with a skull symbol on it. Each player chooses a number from 1 to 30 on the board and places their finger on it. Starting from 1, the token is moved on the board depending on the number of every drawn card. When the token stops on a number that doesn't belong to anyone, that number will be excluded in the next turns. However, the player who moved the token on that number has to stab it with a knife first. This is also the case when the token stops on a number occupied by someone's finger. You are forbidden from taking off your finger from the board when the position of the token has already been decided, but you can give up at any other moment.
The game ends when someone removes their finger, making their entire team lose. Similar to the Finger Cutting Guillotine, it is a game of chicken, taking its name from this concept.
