Ursa (ウルザ) is the executioner and the manager of the Grand Coliseum in the Kingdom of Altago. She appears to be a sadist who enjoys torturing and punishing people. Her role is also to capture and tame monsters which will be used for events in the coliseum.
When Adol was captured for the assassination of King Kiemarl and put to execution the next day, Raud had Ursa torture Adol until he broke. Later when confronted by Adol, Ursa apologized to him for actually believing the former had indeed killed the King.
