Mishera (マイシェラ^?) is the Eldress of Kylos, which is one of the 5 tribes of Altago. Adol and company learned that Mishera knew in advance of their arrival to see her. Despite being blind, Mishera seems to have a keen sense of hearing which supposedly comes from her lineage and affinity with the Wind Dragon.
