Kathleen (カトリーン^?) is a proud, confident blacksmith. Skilled at the forge and very observant of her surroundings. She is the blacksmith of Castaway Village.

Appearance

Kathleen is a well-endowed, beautiful woman with brown hair and aqua eyes. She wears a white collared shirt under a red vest, blacksmith gloves, and a long blue skirt. Along her waist is a blacksmith apron with several pouches.

Personality

Kathleen carries herself with with dignity, pride, and confidence. Due to her extensive knowledge and experience with blacksmithing, she can immediately evaluate the quality of a weapon with one look.

Background

She is a descendant of a renowned family of blacksmiths who served the Romun Empire. Everything she knows about blacksmithing she learned from a very young age by observing her grandfather.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana

In Castaway Village, her skill is second to none. Despite having limited access to tools and materials, she does an excellent job forging weapons and armor for Adol and the others. It is thanks to Kathleen that the team acquires access to Orichalcum weapons that allow them to kill Primordials, and proceed to the other side of the Isle of Seiren.
