Description
The Rimedrifts are an area close to Ourea's Retreat,[1] and are not seen (or at least identified) in Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds.
History
During the Red Raids, when Aratak's werak was scattered by a Carja raiding party, a lone Ourea lured them into the Rimedrifts, hoping to lose them in the mist, but the Carja kept track of her, chasing Ourea towards the area that would become her retreat.[1]
