Gavel

The Gavels are a group mentioned in a datapoint in Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds.

History

As implied by their name, the Gavels appear to be a corps of the Oseram justice system, functioning as law enforcers. Their only known duty includes the search and capture of wanted criminals, and potentially execute them should they resist arrest.^[1]
