Description
The Gift enabled Heavy Smoker the ability to create and manipulate smoke, the collection of solid and liquid particulates emitted in the air.
Usage
Heavy Smoker could manipulate smoke produced from his cigars to create larger, thicker smoke. He was also strategic in the use of his Gift as he could cloak and hide himself in an enclosed environment and shape it into different complex entities like sea life with detail that range from a school of tuna, sword fish, to large aqua life like a whale.
