Pepesha Andranof, better known by her hero alias, Spirits, is a major supporting character from the superhero manga and anime series Shy. She is the chosen hero of Russia.
She is voiced by Mamiko Noto in Japanese and Natalie Hoover in English.
Appearance
Pepesha is a young tall European blonde woman with blue-colored irises. Due to often getting herself drunk drinking, her cheeks are often red. As a hero, she wears a military uniform, that is comprised of a large admiral cap, a coat with copper-colored epaulets with a fur collar blue suit underneath, and four containers attached to a belt surrounding her waist. She also wears a pair of gauntlets on her hand, leggings, and a pair of white winter boots.
Personality
Pepesha is an openly friendly woman and possesses a strong sense of empathy and a genuine desire to assist others.
She does not shy away from expressing her true thoughts and feelings about people. For instance, she openly declared her intense dislike for Stardust by pointing out that she dislikes the instincts of Stardust. This shows her authenticity and transparency in her interactions with others. She is very well aware that she does not have what it takes to bring everyone under safety, but is still remains committed to helping others in any way she can. This nature was evident when she chatted with Shy, about her deep fear of civil interaction due to failing to protect Iko Koishikawa adequately earlier in life.
