Mr. X is a tall, bald, dark-skinned man with black spy glasses and purple lipstick. He wears a purple suit with a yellow Boutonnière, white pants with a brown belt, a black ear device, a gold smartwatch and wedding ring, and tan roller shoes.

- He shares the same name as the villain of the video game Resident Evil 2 and the villain of the video game Street Of Rage series.
- He is able to speak in Thai (at a basic level, according to his own admission), as seen in a conversation with Mrs. Boonchuy.
- His appearance and mannerisms are both strongly modelled after RuPaul.
- As seen in "Hollywood Hop Pop", one of his pastimes is watching Judge Julie, a parody of the reality court series Judge Judy. This serves as a reference to RuPaul's real-life friendship with Judge Judy/Judith Sheindlin.
