Kotoha Hanami (花海ことは), better known as Ha-chan (はーちゃん?), is the deuteragonist of Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure! and the tritagonist of its sequel Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure!! ~MIRAI DAYS~.
She's a second-year student at Magic School who is additionally enrolled in Tsunagi First Middle School in the Magic and No World respectively and a fairy reincarnated from Mother RaPaPa.
She was voiced by Saori Hayami in Japanese.
Appearance
As an infant, Ha-chan had her head framed with very short pink hair adorned by a daisy and a leaf in the middle of her forehead. She wore a mint green onesie with a pink sphere in the center and a pair of emerald wings.
As a toddler, her hair was bigger and fluffier and styled in a curled pigtail on the top of her head, now with two flowers instead of one. Her outfit is now a light turquoise dress with matching shoes.
As a little girl, Ha-chan's wears her hair in buns with thin spiky bangs and three flowers in her hair. She wears a pastel turquoise blouse over an emerald green shirt and three pink flowers on the chest. She also wore a white flower-shaped skirt and turquoise shoes decorated by daisies.
In her final form, she has larger wings and longer hair that unlike in her previous forms, is worn down with a light green headband decorated by pale pink flowers on each side. Her attire is a white flower-shaped dress with a pale turquoise top, white ruffles adorning it, three dark pink flowers over a small red bow. She also has a seafoam green sash adorned by tails sticking down and a dark pink flower at the end. The skirt has a peach heart on each side, and she additionally wears bracelets shaped like flowers and light turquoise boots with vines patterns and white flowers.
As Kotoha Hanami, she loses the flower patterns in her eyes and her wings, and grows to the size of Mirai and Riko. She now wears an emerald green headband with daisies on the sides, a pastel mint green off-shoulder blouse with light turquoise shoulder straps and a white ruffle trim lining the chest bound by pink ribbon. Her skirt is pastel turquoise with a pair of pale yellow butterflies on each side. The waistband of her skirt is emerald and her shoes are bright turquoise. She also wears white frilly socks.
As Cure Felice, she gets slightly taller to the point where she reaches the same height as Miracle and Magical and regains the flower marks in her eyes. Her hair turns a lighter shade of pink and now reaches her knees, and is styled in two braids. Her bangs grow to the point that they're now waist-length and both have a yellow butterfly decoration at their end. She wears a gold crown on her forehead with a tiny emerald hanging from the center and a green band with leaf-like pastel turquoise ruffles hanging from the sides adorned with a butterfly and flower. She wears a light green dress with a puffy skirt cover by a pastel pink layer patterned with pink and orange daisies. A dark pink rose is imprinted on the upper part of the dress with a leafy design and off-white elbow-length sleeves. Her Linkle Smartbook suspends from a vine around her waist. Her green choker has a gold pearl in the center and her wristbands, which are also green, have a pastel green chain attached to a pink flower ring on her middle finger. Her earrings are shaped like leaves, and her emerald heels have a white and gold butterfly on top and pastel green ribbons wrap around her legs accented with tiny daisies.

Trivia
- One of Magic Crystal's predictions was that once catastrophe came upon the worlds, Ha-chan's magic would awaken with potent radiance of life.
- She can talk to animals, as demonstrated in episode 28 w here she communicates with the pegasus.
- She has an immense love for food and the biggest appetite of the main trio. This is showcased in episode 23, which sees her devouring a massive amount of strawberry melon bread in one meal.
- Chapter 8 of the manga, her favorite color is emerald green.
- Kotoha's hair and eye color scheme is an inverted mirror of that of her predecessor, Mother RaPaPa; as while Kotoha has pink hair and green eyes, Mother RaPaPa has green hair and pink eyes.
