Appearance
Hurricane has the appearance of a woman with a skin complexion and dark eyes. Her hair is short and blonde combed back. She is always made up with a dark lipstick and a thundercloud painted over her right eye. What she always wears are a black dress that covers her whole body, she has an outfit with elements on it to decorate it that brings to mind storm clouds and bright lightning.
