Ferris Olston is a supporting character in the Japanese romantic comedy anime and manga series Tomo-chan Is A Girl. She's the mother of one of the main characters Carol Olston, the wife of Eddie Olston, an uknown relative of Kousuke Misaki, and is quite a bit younger than the other mothers in the series due to giving birth to Carol w hen she was 14 years old. She is voiced by Sayaka Ohara in the Japanese version of the anime and Morgan Garrett in the English version of the anime.
Appearance
Ferris Olston is a tall woman in her mid-late twenties, with pale skin, blue eyes, and neck length, blond, partially curly hair. She's almost always seen wearing a white button up shirt covered by an open front pink button up shirt with sleeves so long that her hands and wrists are hidden deep inside of them.
Personality
Ferris Olston has a very bubbly and energetic personality, much like her daughter, Carl Olston. She's kind, traditionally motherly, and willing to help people in need however she can. She also has a very close relationship with Carol and is frequently seen hugging her. But there's another side of her personality, and that's how protective she is of Carol. This is especially seen when Carol is getting too close to her love interest, Kousuke. To prevent Carol from becoming a teenage mother like she was, she's frequently seen blowing a whistle when they're getting too close for her liking. Although she does support their relationship and is protective of Carol's feelings, and is seen brutally chastising Kouske, such as bashing his head with her own, if he does anything to hurt her daughter's feelings.
