~ Allison to Henry. |
Allison Angel is the tritagonist of the Bendy franchise. She is a version of Alice Angel created by Joey Drew to serve as an ink recreation of Allison Connor (née Pendle), a woman that convinced him to be a better person. She was made to serve as a beacon of hope to Henry Stein.
Appearance
Despite being Alice Angel, her looks are different from the only other Alice in the Cycle. She ties up her hair in a ponytail and she sports a pair of broken horns with a halo attached behind her head. She also wears a belt with an attached bag, from which a pipe and a crowbar can be seen, a rope over her left shoulder, and a leather dagger holder with a wrench in it. There are some similar features that can be spotted, because she wears a black dress and her arms and legs are entirely covered with ink. However, unlike Twisted Alice, she wears a pair of boots.
Biography
Backstory
Allison was created as a recreation of the human Allison Pendle, an old employee of Joey Drew who saw good in him and convinced him to become a better person. Joey created her to give the ink copy of Henry Stein trapped inside the Cycle hope even in the darkest moments. At an unknown point in time, she met Tom, who saved her from the Ink Demon. Since then, the two were close friends who never left each other.
Bendy and the Ink Machine
Allison makes her debut in the game at the end of Chapter 4, when she stabs Twisted Alice when the latter is about to attack Henry. When Henry looks up, he notices not only her, but a tougher looking Boris named Tom.
After Henry wakes up in a jail cell, Allison can be seen writing on a wall. They begin introducing themselves to each other. Allison says she doesn't know her name, so people call her Alice, even though she's no angel. She then tells Henry to go back to sleep.
The second time Henry wakes up, Allison is about to leave the safe house before leaving Tom to keep an eye on Henry.
While Henry's drawing on the floor, Allison serves a bowl of Bacon Soup for Henry, knowing that he's hungry. She then apologizes because it's all she and Tom have, before leaving him.
Allison is seen again later, making more writings and drawings on the wall she drew on earlier. She explains how she met Tom when she was once pulled back into the ink. She then shows Henry a piece of glass she found while exploring the upper levels that show hidden messages that can only be seen through it but lead her in circles. She believes she is not meant to leave the place, but maybe Henry is. She also believes that Henry is "the hope" she's been waiting for and tells Henry to go back to sleep and hopes that tomorrow will be a better day.
Later, Allison is seen repairing Tom's mechanical arm while scolding him for leaving the safe house, because Ink Bendy has seen him and it's only a matter of time before he finds them in the safe house. She notices Henry watching her, so she waves at him before Tom turns his head to look at her.
After Henry is woken up by a bang, Allison can be seen disagreeing with Tom about leaving Henry with Ink Bendy outside the door. She then tries to pull out the planks to free Henry, but Tom put his mechanical hand on Allison's shoulder, telling her to stop trying, knowing that they won't be able to free him in time. She sadly apologizes to Henry, then leaves him for dead before Tom catches up with her. Unbeknownst to them, Henry was able to escape the cell on his own thanks to a Gent Pipe he found in a hidden room.
They later appear again after Sammy's boss fight. After saving Henry from being killed by Sammy, Tom finally befriends Henry and they are forced to fight a horde of Searchers and Lost Ones. They later follow Henry until he falls on a plank. They again reappear while Henry is in the Film Vault on the path to Ink Bendy's lair, where she tells Henry she and Tom can't go over the ink or they will die. Before parting ways, Allison requests Henry to set them free. She and Tom are not seen again after this.
Bendy and the Dark Revival
Allison first appears in Chapter 1 where she meets Audrey and warns her about the Ink Demon and advises her to head to the upper floors. She later contacts Audrey through some pipes: the first time advising her to find a Gent Pipe and the second time where Audrey warns her of the Ink Demon's presence.
Allison meets Audrey again after the former saves the latter from Twisted Alice, killing her the same way as in the first game. Twisted Alice is shocked by the fact her killer has her own beautiful face, with Allison remarking it is a beautiful face the two of them have always had. Despite Allison's warnings, Audrey wants to trust Wilson, so Allison agrees to help defeat the Ink Demon and vows to find reinforcements to help Audrey. Before parting ways, Audrey learns that she is usually called Alice, but refuses to use the name, so Audrey calls her Allison.
During the final battle, Allison arrives with a Tommy Gun and shoots down some Lost Ones and Searchers before she and Tom help Audrey (who has now fused with the Ink Demon) reach a projector (which is actually the Projectionist's head) with the aid of Porter and Henry to defeat the Ink Demon. It is unknown what happens to her after this, but it is presumed that she is still trapped in the Cycle.

Trivia
- Along with Twisted Alice, the Lost Ones, Bertrum's monster form, and Tom, Allison Angel does not have a description in Chapter ?: The Archives.
- Allison's name is never revealed within the game aside from the end credits and the game files.
- Allison is the only character who has a real dialogue exchange with Henry; unlike any other time a character is addressing Henry or vice versa, the dialogue is only one-sided.
- Allison Angel seems to have the ability to emerge from ink, as if one slows down Twisted Alice running towards Henry, she is seen emerging from an ink puddle on the floor and stabbing her from behind. This is seen clearly when using hacks.
- In the reveal trailer during the fight with the Lost Ones, Allison is heard screaming in a fashion to a battle cry. Strangely, the scream is quite identical to Twisted Alice's scream when she ran furiously towards Henry at the end of Chapter 4.
- The song she hums at the beginning of the chapter is the whistling of the Bendy Cartoons.
- While Joey states that Allison is merely a replica of Mrs. Pendle, this becomes far more complicated when you realize Thomas Connor, her husband, the man who knows practically all of machine's dark secrets, is trapped within the cycle as Tom. However, Tom could also be a replica of Thomas Connor.
- Despite killing her, Allison seems to genuinely care for Twisted Alice as she understands the latter's one pain and suffering she has in heart.
