The Lost Ones are major antagonists in the Bendy franchise.

Appearance

The Lost Ones are tall, thin humanoid figures covered by ink with glowing orange eyes.

Biography

Past

Very little is known about their past, but it's implied they were once humans.

Boris and the Dark Survival

In his hideout, Boris can find a Lost One who is busy with admiring pieces of art; the Lost One is also a playable character. Unlike Buddy Boris, he does not appear in the sequel, leaving his fate unknown.

Chapter 4: Colossal Wonders

When Henry wanders into the lobby, he sees a Lost One sobbing about how someone was hunting him down and how he longed to return home. When Henry enters the hideout, he finds several saddened Lost Ones; the creatures do not display an aggressive behavior, and simply stare at him. In another room, a Lost One is seen banging his head against the wall. In the Research and Design Area, a crying Lost One can be seen inside a cage.

Once the player completes the game, a screen will appear, showing Twisted Alice's corpse surrounded by Lost Ones, later devouring it.

Chapter 5: The Last Reel

When Henry reaches the village, a Lost One can be seen fishing, Later, after the wrathful Sammy Lawrence is killed, several Lost Ones start attacking Henry, Allison and Tom, only for the trio to defeat and kill them.

Personality

They're always sad and frightened. Although they can become very aggressive, they don't show a particularly evil personality, with their only desire being to leave the studio and return home.

Trivia

• On Twitter, the game's developers confirmed that Lost Ones had devoured the corpse of Twisted Alice after she died.
