Telcott (テルコット?) is a character that appears in Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket [1].
Personality & Character
Like Al and Chay, he collected military paraphernalia, exchanged breathless tidings of the war the war's progress and got up to general mischief together. The chubby Telcott was the passive sidekick to Chay [2].
History
Telcott was present at the speech made in front of his ruined school, standing to the left of Chay and in front of Al. Instead of paying attention, he munched on snacks. When Chay mentioned to a crying Al that another war would start soon, Telcott added that they could find some live bullets, not just empty shells, and that soldiers might even give them their rations [3].
