Dane is very quiet, often surprising his peers when he speaks up. He is wise and a voice of reason amongst the reserves. He is a good listener and helpful to his peers.

History
Uhai mentions that he has killed people in the past, though the details are unknown.
Uhai joins Tekkadan as a reservist along with Hush Middy and Zack Lowe. He is often seen with one of the two, listening to their grievances and giving them advice. He works as a mechanic along with Nadi and Yamagi, servicing Hush's mobile suit.
In the epilogue, he joins Zack in his fathers company.
Relationships
Hush Middy
They become friends while in the reserves, with Dane looking out for Hush while training. He also services his machine during battle.
Zack Lowe
Though Dane understands while Zack is not willing to throw his life away like the others, he does not agree with his perspective as Uhai and the rest of the crew don't have anywhere to go. Nevertheless, he ends up working with Zack in his fathers company in the epilogue.
