Rohm is the heir of the Zahn Clan, a huge organization that controls the SAU's criminal underworld, and Aiko's older brother.[1]
He participated in the Urdr Hunt under the order of his father, Rubian Zahn, who says he will hand over leadership of the family to whoever gets results, but Rohm takes for granted that he will be the one to succeed his father just because he is the oldest. He treats human debris like garbage, and likes the color pink, which doesn't suit his brutal personality.

History
Rohm and his brother travel to the Venus Sphere in possession of one of the rings that signify them as participants in the Urdr Hunt. They are also accompanied by one of the guides to the Urdr Hunt, Bellows Xhosa. They begin perusing members of the rival Omden Colony Company and, when Renzie Dablisco comes into conflict with Wistario Afam, Rohm schemes to intervene and remove two competitors at once.
