History
One of the defeated troops who entered the village of Kiki Rosita, unaware that it was a guerrilla stronghold, to procure food while retreating to the Lhasa base after the defeat in Odessa under the command of Topp. Unlike Topp and Dell, who peacefully cooperate with the innocuous village, Arth actively antagonizes the inhabitants, such as deliberately pointing his heat hawk at the children and mockingly threatening them. When receiving food, he impatiently grabs Kiki with his Zaku, leading her to angrily smash his face with a plate of rice. Infuriated, Arth throws her out of the Zaku's hand and onto a nearby house, incurring the wrath of the guerrillas. He was killed when the cockpit, with the hatch left open, was hit by a rocket launcher from a guerrilla.
