Personality & Character
Ajis was a bright-eyed and morally decent man, greatly contrasting with the Titans' general belief of superiority. Ajis was seemingly unaware of the Titans' true brutal nature and instead saw them as a force necessary to maintain peace. His beliefs were greatly shaken when Char Aznable's speech revealed the Titans' true, unremorseful barbarity.[1]

Confused, Ajis tunes his radio to the broadcasted speech of Lieutenant Quattro Bajeena, and among the careless death and destruction happening around him, slowly realizes the Titans are not what he believed them to be. Although he attempts to convince his fellow officers of the Titans' true nature, his attempts are foiled by Jerid Messa, who denounces him as a Titan.
