Events of Grand Theft Auto V
He first appears in "Delivering the Truth", where he asks Michael De Santa to deliver a baby blue Velum to Jimmy Boston at Sandy Shores Airfield. Later, he appears in the mission "Exercising the Truth", telling Michael to run five miles in the desert.
