Background

Billy is an eighteen year old singer and brother of Bobby Blue, together known as the Blue Brothers.

Billy and his brother are driven by Luis Fernando Lopez from the MeTV studio to the Maisonette 9 club, whilst being chased by crazed female fans during the Club Management mission "Blue Brothers".

Posters advertising a Blue Brothers concert can be found at Sisyphus Theater, playing alongside Clay PG Jackson.

He is one of the honored celebrities on the Vinewood Walk of Fame.
