Crazy Core (クレイジーコア Kureijī Koa) is the boss of the fourth stage in Gokujō Parodius!
Description
Crazy Core is a gunwall-type boss which appears as a large walking panel with traffic lights and street signs.
Attack patterns
Crazy Core will be constantly moving to the right, using its two mechanical arms to attack as well as shooting drill-like missiles. The arms can be destroyed, making the boss fight much easier. Its weak points are the three traffic-light cores, which are protected by street signs which serve as barriers and must be destroyed first. Once you destroy the cores it will bounce and fall off the screen.

Trivia
- The kanji on the boss's openings (進入禁止) can be translated as "no trespassing" or "wrong way".
- This boss was originally intended to resemble a ROM chip, before becoming the nonsensical thing it is.
- Though the drill-like missiles are based on the missile attacks from Big Elephant in Thunder Force II, the constant movement is implemented to one particular gunwall, Keeper's Core, in Gradius V.
